Taking you along with some TNP KTM big bike exploration. I am looking for knife testing areas and camping locations. We find some amazing places you may see in the future. We are above 10,000 ft elevation and the snow season will be here soon. Staying on the 890 in some sections is challenging and descending was gutwrenching. This might be the last 890 trip up here on this Wave route, too heavy!

Hardcore moto off-roading! 😎

I came late to the Kelty tent review, but want to express my support for car camping vids. Keep 'em coming. I go exploring in my Xterra every chance I get. Also love these narrated rides. Perfect thing to throw on in the background while gettin' some projects done.

This made me miss my years of living in Idaho and Utah.

I love content like this! It might be pucker factor for you, but I enjoy watching. I’ve taken my 500 places that exceeded my skill level, but alas, it’s 250lbs and I know I can drag it if things get real bad.

Kyle weyerbacher

Hey Nutn, I missed what tires you put on? I need a new set for my 1090r for the black hills SD

Mark Horan

I’ll watch for response on tire brand. Are they loud on pavement?

JFire

Beautiful area

Anthony Schaad

Damn, I miss my KTM 690 soo much right now lol

Thanks, great to hear that. Enthusiasm and views helps this content. It's in competition to alot of other content as you know ;-)

The Nutnfancy Project

Indeed. This bike was too big to take on this ride but I learned. I did stay on top of it the whole but real hard. I lost the descending footage where the front tire slid out x3

I dual sport in NH with my CRF450 Always wanted to get out west

You are absolutely correct about health and age. I’m 63 and have become partially disabled due to diabetic neuropathy, which affects balance and the ability to walk. I’ve done many 1000’s of hours out in the wilds of Texas and Georgia, but it’s never enough. Now it’s unlikely that I ever will again. Enjoy while you CAN!

Khem Time

Not sure if this video helps or hurts. I’m deployed and by the time I get back the riding season will probably be over. 😤 Either way happy to see more motorcycle content.

My motorcycles have been parked in the garage for the last 6 years. My wife told me she was pregnant with our first child, I stopped riding. I’m embarrassed to say I’m worried about leaving my young family without a dad/husband. I rode for over 20 years, but I live in the city and it’s an hour to get out into the country for rides. That’s an hour of riding by people with their faces in their cell phones, I just can’t do it.

Charles New

Hey Rick, i understand , Haven't ridden in cities for decades. My suggestion is to leave a bike or two in a storage unit near an airport somewhere that you want to ride. I'm from east coast so i leave bikes out west. Salt lake, Durango, Denver, Vegas. Whatever works. I've been doing it since the 90's, highly recommended.

Charles New

Great motorcycle video. Look like a fantastic location.

SAWC applies in the motorcycle world almost as much as when you are carrying it on your back

Thanks for taking us on that ride and inspiring us to get out and adventure. Feeling fortunate and grateful to have found TNP. That Fallkniven modern bowie looks handsome! Shame that you feel most guys just want GRVs. I like them for the POU discussions and how it relates to systems. That being said, I get SO MUCH from your systems videos. Thank you for helping me establish and refine my own. Hats off Nutn. May God bless you with many many more years of motorcycling and adventuring!

Jordan Parker

Great ride! Thank you for taking the effort to post it.

I'm not sure what's weirder, Nutn talking to himself in the middle of nowhere, or me listening to him while I type out a brief. Haha.

Steve Cutter

I always enjoy the moto vids.

I’m 57 as of yesterday. I sold my little 305 Kawasaki last summer. I’d like to get a dual sport but it may not happen. I do get out for short overnight hikes upon occasion. I do some deer hunting here in PA (archery, rifle and flint lock). I love Tae Kwon Do. Took that as a tent and early 20s. Then family took over. My wife suggested another TKD school 6 or 7 years ago. I started and stayed in it. Got my First Dan 2 years ago. Hope you go for Serving next Spring. Man so glad I did. Time goes past fast. I’ve got different joint pains that hold me back. Wish I had done more in my thirties and forties. Dude dude dude you got to weight lift. Not crazy stuff just high two of low weight three times a week. It does so much for your health!!! Then got out there and do something fun.

Chris Marchi

Love the bike videos!!! Maybe one day I’ll own one.

Adrian Anderson

I love these moto videos… these roads is what the KTM 890 is made for!

Bbomz97

NUTN, I love the Moto videos, definitely keep them coming!! That said, I want to extend a personal invite to come ride the Bear Lake Valley with me. I'm on the Idaho side here. We have some epic riding for sure!! We could do big boy bikes (adventure) or dirt bikes!!

Hudson

Motovlogs are some of my favorite content you make

Just found out CanAm is putting Rotax V-Twins into their quads! Just snagged an XT850 today, they have a summer clearance deal on 'til end of October. They have electronics which are now F-1 like, you can adjust to 3 different levels of engine braking, fueling, and POWER STEERING!!! Yes, you have 3 levels of each to adjust! LED torch lights into the night! Drive on Katoomers!!

Beautiful scenery on this ride. You are 100 percent right about doing adventures when u can. The older you get the harder it gets. Keep the moto. Camping and outdoor vis coming. Love all tthe cooking shows too

Incredible scenery, I hope to take my KLR 650 on a ride to somewhere similar. I hear you on solo in the back country….been there done that and glad I got out in one piece. I went down half a dozen times, no injuries. Only broke a mirror and a head grip wind guard. I should have turned back earlier but live and learn. Thank you for posting.
