The angle of the camera ain't great and it was windy but it was a good discussion which happened on this ride. This will be the first exposure to the XSR900 and will do more. I'll improve the next video ride and expect a review also.

BTW both the Suzuki Hayabusa and FJR 1300 have been stolen in CA and those bikes are gone forever. Hope you liked the content they generated.

Sorry to hear about the busa and FJR. Loved the content on those. Damn thieves. Love the moto content as always!

Mark Horan

Thought I could hear you fine, but I missed the comments on stolen bikes. I will miss the FJR videos. Nice set up. Mid size bike with cruise control. I love the fairing. I’m still enjoying my V-Strom 650. Hoping to buy a used 750 Transalp in the next year.

Off topic, but if you want a morale boost, check out the Million Amelia’s video on the internet. It’s a dynamite response to a ham-handed UK govt propaganda game directed at young white men. Boomeranged big time.

Gilbert Cuzdey Jr

Man, the XSR 900 is such a good looking bike, great sounding engine too.

The Nutnfancy Project

So happy you still have the Strom 650, a great bike. I didn't mention the thefts in the video, just happened. Still mourning over it really.

TNSheep

Bummer on the camera angle, but yeah, fuck it, post that shit.

Nutn, I have driven that exact same loop. East canyon is beautiful, especially in the fall. I had a Honda CBR1000 at the time. For a variety of reasons, I ended up selling it. If I were to get back into riding, I like the Honda and Aprilia bikes.

Dude, super love the Moto content, road and dirt!!! Would love to give the XSR900 a ride, love those neo-retro looks!! For road bikes, I'm an adventure bike Junky. I have a few, a 2018 Triumph Tiger 800 (best on road of my adventure bikes), 2021 Aprilia Tuareg 660 (best off road of my adventure bikes), 2023 Honda Transalp 750 (sits right in-between the other two in performance), and my wife rides a Honda NX500. Dirt bikes, it's hard to beat a 2-stroke KTM 300 XCW for the ultimate trail bike. My wife and all the kids ride Hondas, pretty much have the whole youth line up, and just bump the kids up in size as they grow. Sorry to hear someone stole your bikes, that sucks!!

In Sept flew to Hartford, CN to pickup a new ride. 2002 Honda Silverwing. Comfy, fast enough, loads of storage, huge windshield. Rode it back to Joplin through the Catskills, Adirondacks, and Smokey mountains. Instructed Google maps to avoid interstates and toll roads. Great trip! Got a few other bikes but had been looking for the scooter for a while to kick it around town. Sorry to hear about the losers stealing your bikes. Another reason to avoid Calif.

Elijah Ballard

That’s a cool bike. I’m not much of a naked style bike, but yours is done right. I ride a 24 KLX 300. I don’t ride the highway much. I mostly commutes to work and hit some side trails, I enjoy it.

Charles New

Great video,. your dead on with the subaru drivers ( prius also). So many great deals on leftover motorcycles right now, young guys just are not buying them.

matt

Sorry for the loss of your bikes. It really sucks.

OingoBoingo

So sorry to hear about the theft. Such bullshit!

GarageJim_RMB

Great video, just raw motorcycling and a man in his zone. Sorry about your 2 stolen motorcyles, Kalifornia strikes again. The state that demonstrates daily what happens WROL.

JFire

Love the motorcycle videos! I’m wanting to get one because I feel the call of adventure lately and I must answer it.

kylenor

I always liked the way the XSR900 looked. Generally speaking I like the suedo retro looking bikes. Great video Nutn.

Definitely not a Harley fan either. Huge Honda Fanboy. Not a big fan of their 450 dirt bikes, but pretty much everything else in their dirt line-up is awesome. I'm excited to try the CRF300F that they came out with this year. My wife loves her CRF250F!! KTM missed out on their golden ticket when they decided to scrap the 490 P-twin line-up that they had planned. My understanding is that CF Moto basically used that motor, and came out with their own bike, the IBEX 450 (MT 450), which has become the darling of small displacement adventure bikes. I mean, imagine the KTM 390 Adventure but with a 490 P-twin instead of the 390 thumper. That possibly could have saved them from their financial demise so long as they got rid of their retarded management. The 390 thumper is not that unique. It has too much competition (DRZ-4S, CRF300L, their own 350, 450, 500, and 690 bikes). But the 490 P-twin would have been totally unique, first on the market, and leading the way in producing the best hybrid bike that rips on both dirt and pavement.

Nutn, I have a MT09. Freaking fun bike! You’re the reason I ride! Dangerous things are good.

Harold Galen McPheron

Sorry for the loss of the stolen bikes, love watching you ride...

If someone asks me why I think I need to be armed, I say it's like a seat belt: if I thought I was going to need it, I'd just stay home. Also like a seat belt, if it's not ready when you need it, it's too late.

TireManTim

I like the video Nutnfancy! I have a Honda Shadow I have used for commuting the last 15 years. Last July I bought a Transalp. I see young guys not buying bikes as an other aspect of over protective mothers.

pinkiewerewolf

+1000 to what you said when you passed the suburb. It's the same in california. Double yellow means pass quickly.
