Now we'll have to pretend these PG9s are in stock, even before the Kung Flus and Riots, they weren't in stock.  Maybe one day they will be 😎😎 .  But if you can secure one you'll be glad you did.  We'll look at why here in the Bunker, filmed in another lifetime...in 2018!  Holy cow.

This is a lightweight, versatile 9mm BPO (braced pistol option), TNP acronym) that probably is one of the best selling ones out there.   Tested in both winter and summer climes, the PSA PG9 did awesome.

Thanks to Gunnies Western Wear for the loaner!  (btw with the apocalypses, they're all sold out for now...dang it), Ph 801-226-7080

Great video. Looks like a fun gun. I found a Tac Force vest on Ebay, but I never bought one. Maybe I should.

Plumber Angelo

Sweet PCC! I too hate when these companies have every single item SOLD OUT for months on end.

Brad Fegan

Another great video. Missing barracde reviews though, hint, hint. Picked up a Sub 2000 recently. Can't believe how much I like it.

Good stuff Nutn. Currently playing with my first PSA product, a 6.5 Grendel pistol and loving it. It eats Wolf like Scoobie snacks, pretty doggone happy. Keep them GRV's coming brother.

A Random Walk

Spectacular bunker discussion. Agree the major issue with PSA...availability. A great product(s) means nothing if you can’t get it.

Nice watching this makes me want to finally finish my AR9 build I need to cerakote the 80% New Frontier Armory lower even thought it's milled out and ready to go. I got a Kaw Valley 8.5" barrel, bolt and their comp like you had on PSA9, the upper is Spartan LRBHO with a 9.5" Odin Works rail. With the shockwave brace Frankenstein build, but it has what I want might upgrade to the SBA3 at some point.

Rommel

Assembling a PSA AR-15 Pistol tomorrow. Showed up in stock after waiting less than a day (kit). Ordered Wednesday night. Shipped out the next morning. Be here today. Will be a great addition to the PSA AR-15 and KS-47. Many assembled platforms may be out of stock but plenty of receivers and kits. 😎

Thanks to Nutnfancy I now watch all facetube videos in 2x speed just to save time. Great video!

The Nutnfancy Project

"all facetube videos in 2x speed". I do too! I use at least 1.25 or 1.5x speed and really hard to go back to 1x. Thanks for support.

BilboCarter

That's odd, my PSAK works great right out of the gate, uses surplus as well as Magpul mags fine.

BilboCarter

I find that the issue is that they sell out as soon as a run gets in. Have to be quick and vigilant on restock. That's how I got my AKV and barreled AK receiver from them.

Mike Maddox

Awesome as always sir. Keep them coming.

Racing Psychosis

I'm looking forward to seeing their Gen 3 Glock 19 clone that they are building supposedly for a MSRP of $299. I thought I was the only one that puts up 2-3 year old videos, LOL. And their out of stock is seriously annoying.

The Nutnfancy Project

That Shockwave will work just fine until the SBA3. Current events probably have a lot of guys finishing their builds.

Nathan Simms aka Darkpriest

Canik TP9 call out!!! Need to see it praised more often Nutn :-) I own 3 now lol The TP9SF TP9SF Elite and TP9SFX

Nathan Simms aka Darkpriest

Its the best striker fired pistol maker out of the box. :) It's Nutn's fault he reviewed them and I fired one and then bought them.

Hey Nutn, I still have my Cross Draw Vest and have been a double owl follower since ‘08. Let me know where to post the proof on Twitter and I’ll even match your indoor sunglasses in the photo haha. Also, THANK YOU for all the quality independent content over the years. Please keep up the great work! Cheers from CO.

RowdyRon

I was lucky enough to pick up the 8" version about 6 months ago. Serious value option. Mine came with the SBA3 brace, and a Magpul pistol grip (the items that I would likely have to replace on other models, adding more cost). I did add a BCM charging handle though. The lsho isn't an issue for me, as I love running AK's. Love the bunker vids! Thanks Nutn.

James R

I ordered a AKV this week... they sellout you just have to be vigilant ... great GRV I also like the Safe idea I m in the market for another safe something cost affective

Ol Retired Fed

What vintage videos are there hiding in the Nutn archives? 2018 was between gun apocalypse 1 and now, but PSA is OOS as always. Every time I think about a 20 in 556 upper for a build, I find nothing available. Oh well, it saves me money.

Trustful Marksman

Nutn is that an A-10 model painted forest camo in the background? Thats awesome! Never seen that scheme before.

Bluegill097

Man I’ve been mulling over another PCC! Perfect timing and excellent Star Wars reference!

Ben Land

@Nutnfancy Please consider reviewing one of the new SOG knives. I bought the Terminus XR and it’s great. Flash AT and Aegis look excellent as well

Ben Land

Their designs have been killing it lately imo

Man I would love to own one but again Australia and its B.S gun control laws that haven’t achieved a single thing except make it easier for the criminals to do whatever they want and make law abiding citizens victims.

"the good news is that it is rubber covered"

Tacticaldoodle

Hey, look on the bright side. Maybe the chinese will let you have something once they take over a province or two. If you're high enough in the party you can do whatever you want! (For real it's a rough hand y'all are dealt. Your politicians baffle me.)

Tacticaldoodle

I wish I had a crate of those things. They've held up so well and they work awesome as a "here, dumbass, put this on" type of vest you don't have to think about. No other gear, just grab and go.

A-A-Ron

Totally. I wish I had a couple more too for that very reason. The equipment seems to adhere to the good ol KISD principal (keep it simple dumbass). Even the chest rig holster itself seems to be punching above it’s weight as I can fit a full-size pistol (usually a Glock 34) w/ weapon light in there and not need to dick around with adjusting much if running something different. Definitely a high value, first cool kind of item as your pops would label it. Also, I got some priceless looks from the “tactical elite” when I wore it to rifle training class I took a while back. Still shot better than most in my functional air soft vest haha.

Tim Harris

Go check out Palmetto States new website!! Hugh improvements!!

Casey Jones

Thanks for the review. Big fan of the PSA products. They are tools, they get the job done

john milochis

Yeah we’ve really been bent over a barrel over here every day you read about all these crazy stuff happening around the country and the people have been left defenceless with what seems very clear and out in the open now the politicians don’t give two hoots about we the people and the rest are stuck following useless laws that haven’t done anything except for creating more victims

Daniel Herb

Thanks for the review. I have a PSA AR9 lower that i will build out soon! pretty excited after seeing this

Zach Brunsink

Just picked up one of these, thanks for the review and time spent on it!

Darryl Lombardi

Nutnfancy would you go with a 4 or 8 inch barrel for a truck gun?

Darryl Lombardi

Hey TNP! I have some news to share. Before I start my rant tou need to know I almost never do product reviews! Normally product reviews are a sample size of one. In this case it is a sample size of two! So the issues im about to share with you are more than likely a design flaw and not a one off issue. I purchased 2 of these from PSA with 8 inch barrels. One for me and one for my wife. Both pistols out of the box were having extraction issues. One was also firing multuple rounds per trigger pull. Possibly slamfires i'm really not sure. I also had one out of battery discharge. I tried 5 different types of Ammunition using only glock magazines. I tried cleaning and lubing them, but the results were the same so I sent them back to PSA. In all fairness they looked at and for the most part fixed those issues. However now BOTH firearms are having issues feeding the first round when charging the weapon! Hollow point forget it! Almost zero successful feeds in either pistol! When I spoke with PSA again they didn't seem shocked to hear this. Great! Then why not sate in your advertisement "will not feed HP Ammunition"! Whats worse is I have had over a dozen failures to feed with FMJ's! When this failure happens the bullet is usually shoved into the casing... So almost $1700 later and 300 plus rounds of Ammunition later(Good luck replacing this with the current environment) and I have two paper weights! PSA has been gracious enough to allow me to return the uppers, but not the lowers! Thats great so then I'm stuck with $800 dollars worth of garbage lowers! Anyway I just wanted to share with the community my experience. I can honestly say that with all the many firearms I have purchased over the years I have never had this many issues ever. Let alone with 2 of the same firearms.
