Gorgeous video and drive! Could a 4x4 truck make it on that trail?

Antwon Harris

That's some beautiful country out there. Kinda jealous. Can't wait to travel again.

Colin Kelley

Damn, that was beautiful, Nutn.

RowdyRon

So cool. The Mrs. was spanking that Wolverine! GWG for the win as well. What was the deal with so much of the forest looking dead? Drought, fire, pestilence? Such beautiful scenery. Thanks Nutn.

GMAX

Sweet :-))

Chris Hibler

Feels like there should have been a herd of bison in some of those shots. Beautiful.

Jardine

Awesome man. Just awesome.

Lon N

A slice of majesty. Thanks Nutn.

DTP

Makes me miss Idaho living in Texas that is great but doesn't have much in the sense of mountains outside the big bend region. And even those pail compared to the northwest.

David Goodridge

Thank you for this. Time spent in the wilderness really helps and heals the heart.

Steven Schaffner

The music vids are awesome! My favorite was your Pigeon Point lighthouse along PCH you posted a few years ago. Visited there myself after you posted that vid! Thanks again!!! Found it. "Way Home" from Feb 2015. I miss the moto trip videos of you touring around with Doodle!!!

The Nutnfancy Project

" I miss the moto trip videos of you touring around with Doodle!!!" Yep, I've tried to get him to go but he doesn't have health insurance and won't ride anymore. That leaves Sean and I.

Nick Campbell

We live in an amazing country. Thanks for sharing a slice of it with us.

Eric

Hey Nutn, we need an update on your thoughts on 300 blackout. In your previous POU discussion you made a big deal about the bullet drop (73"), which is fair, but you said you were shooting 150gr ammunition. From what i've read, the drop on a 110gr would be more like 50". Still double what a 308 would be. I dont think the cartridge has flatlined like you had predicted. Where I live, a 400yd shot is very unlikely because of trees and flat terrain. I think the added capability of greatly reducing your shot signature with subs and a suppressor is a huge advantage. Thinking of spending $1500 to $2000 to upgrade my systems for that capability. Is it worth that? I dont know. I think pairing the upper with the ACSS reticle would be an awesome setup for my environment. Train with 556, swap uppers, and be prepared with 300blk.

The Nutnfancy Project

Copy all. But I will still say why spend that money? If you have at max a 400 yd shot, the 556 is more than adequate. 300 Black was brought out by the industry and its shills in order to have guys buy more guns and parts for their guns. A huge marketing campaign with high profile shills has taken place. Not to say it's a bad cartridge, as noted in my other vids it's great within its range. But so is 7.62x39mm. If you want .30 cal go with that one. I'm not doing an update vid on .300 and proclaiming it a must have cartridge. If it was so awesome, I'd own atleast several ARs in .300 but I do not. I do in 7.62x39mm. There's my honest take!

Eric

10-4. Thanks for the response.

4 wheels sure beats humping a pack over that country and you get to see more of it. Trail looks better than the last one you and Sean were on. With all the scenery, you could have stopped to eat that sandwich.

Anthony Schaad

Can’t wait for the whole vid , adventure vids are favs ... makes me wanna get in my Wolverine X2 and get out !

SteveT

Nutn, kudos to you! You said more adventure vids this year and so far it’s been awesome. I’m loving it!

Traver Fordham

Thanks for the video. Just had to move from Nevada to Alabama for work. This vicarious dose of mountains and open wilderness has improved my disposition!

Joshua S

I was late to this one, but definitely glad to see it. Really uplifting! Just what I needed.

Jack Ryan

Stunning! Is this in the Uintas?? Would love to take a weekend trip out there, if you're willing to share ;)
