Fox Core: Italian N690 EDC (Patreon)

TD and I look at the Italian produced Fox Core series of knives: deployment hole, tension wire deep carry, perfect stone washing, ceramic bearings, great steel!  We'll reminisce a little bit on little watched adventures and then on with a brief review.

Always fun stuff to look at on the review table. Nice knives too. BTW, I remember the mountain biking video where you guys did some sweet jumps like Napoleon Dynamite. Funny stuff.

Thanks for another great review. I have had this knife sitting in my wish list and I think it might be time to pull the trigger. Also I can't wait to see the Seiko 5 watch review. I would not mind another SITREP on the on going tensions here in the U.S.

Looks like a neat option, but not my taste. The more slender blade shapes are more up my alley. I'd be very interested to see if/when Doodle follows through on his color-fill idea, though. I bet those would look fantastic with the right treatment.

That baby core orange looks tempting. I've been waiting forever for Blade HQ to release that Para 3 lightweight in orange. I like that two knife system: one tactical and one small package opener I can use at the UPS store without giving the bay area liberals a panic attack.

Gotta love the Italian knives. I recently got a Lionsteel B35 with the olive wood handle and its a great edc. lts also out of Maniago, Italy

To be honest I’ve not watch the vid yet, but I had to comment on the opening pic. I had the privilege to go on a boss flight out of Beale AFB. Spent the entire day on a KC-135 refueling various birds over the NV desert. Got to lay down in the back and move the stick/boom sit there while jets moved in and out connecting and spend time in the cockpit. Once in a life time experience. Thank you to Nutnfancy and all serving in the Air keeping us safe!

I had pulled up some footage from AC4 but whoever filmed it used some russian Pak-50 or whatever, it was absolutely disgusting. If you're saving the story of yellow 13 for posterity, there are only two options for aircraft: The F-22 and the F-4

Great to hear from TD. Be sure to share any paint fill Fox Core's. I think the blue handle with a yellow fill would look cool. I'm looking forward to the Seiko 5 review too.

My lionsteel SR1 and Viper are some of my most carried. I absolutely love the split between function and style on them. Very unique, not like everything else on the market. And I love the G10 on the vip, feels like worn in jeans.

I was wondering how that got there! I love the renew of the set, they finally made that cool gouf EZ-8 battle under the bridge. Suspect just gave me one of the gundam base P-bandai Flight types, gotta get to working on it sometime. I need to catch up to the newer ones, I love the play on 4, listening to people mock you, then later, fear you.

At some point, but it's hard to decide. I did a light blue on the one face of my Gerber Auto and it's kinda funky. The good thing about these is they come off without having to strip the stuff down too hard.
