Love my Pug and our 2 foldable models. All in 22Mag, of course. The Pug rules and goes with me everywhere as a deep backup.

Todd Strelka

I was just thinking there'd be a new TNP upload soon... then bam! I got a notification from Patreon. That's the perfect gun sized for racoon hands.

Todd

Is it the Jetfire????

Matthew Sinn

I was toying with the idea of getting one of the NAA revolvers before I got my LCPII. Still might at some point just for the novelty.

Connor Murphy

Yeah, He's crankin' out the content!

Ryan Reese

Was the Pug review really that long ago? Seems like I watched it a dozen times and almost went for it. Cant wait to see this one!

Kansaspartan762

Are you planning on reviewing the Guardian series they offer? Im very interested in the 32NAA and the 25NAA.

Schmuckatelli

I love watching GRVs even when I don't like the featured gun. Thank you for suggesting the Keltec P32 as a backup handgun option. I am now on the hunt for an ankle gun.

Luke Stephens

Hideout guns are so cool 😎 love my LCP II

Todd

Ha, I knew it. Just putting my little girl to bed and hadn’t had time to watch yet.

Shawn Kuse

My Pug, Black Widow, and another NAA 22 magnum pistol are in my line up. One is in my motorcycle bag, one in the Jeep, and the Pug is in my safe. Ammo with these little ones....just stick with CCI Maxi 22 mag rounds. Others won’t rim fire and often tumble. Won’t spend $$ on the Ranger II. I will buy a Glock for that amount of $$. I spent $280 for my Pug 5 years ago and that was high. Yes, do own a NAA piece as a backup to a backup. 22 magnum is nothing to shy away from.

Harold Galen McPheron

I have one, it shoots to the left, I plan on carrying bird shot in it, and you get a better trigger pull if you pull at the bottom of the trigger. It will be a great snake gun....

Steve Ouellette

I had an H&R 999 in 22long rifle. Great pistol

DuginIN

I’ve carried a NAA Pug loaded with Speer Gold Dot Short Barrel in my right front pocket (fast access) 99.9 % even in my house since 2012. Shoot it with one hand. 4” group at 15’. Consider taking a very close head shot. Away from home I add a .380 or 9mm concealed carry to the mix. More power fast reload but slower draw. I like options.

Bryan Hodson

Toootally reminds me of the Stevens model 41 tip-up single shot .22 I inherited from my grandfather. It's regular .22, not LR. Probably won't ever shoot it. From what I can tell it was produced between 1903-1916.

Dub

Nearly got a Ranger 2 a while back for hot Summer corporate office carry but went with the Pug after watching your review. Glad to see this one reviewed as I still think it’s a handsome lil’ blaster. Thanks Nut’n!

Roarke O'BRIEN

Great video and thanks for the holster link. Never could find a good one for my black widow.

Boar

Just when I couldn’t stand the pain of watching you reload the NAA anymore BOOM! You busted out a Webley. Touché Sir.

Chris Marchi

Always a good day when I see u guys in the bunker.

Kelly McClellan

I’ve been trying to buy a pug for months, but haven’t found a gun store in Utah with them in stock. I live just a couple blocks from their factory and can’t get one!

DirtyPhil

How about the review on the lcp2 in 22?

robin walker

Thinking of getting one. if I can find one.

Tacticaldoodle

Comin', at some point. Testing is complete, IIRC

Tacticaldoodle

It's quite handsome, that's for sure. More of a style carry choice, than frontline combat armament

Tacticaldoodle

I'd be looking used, for sure. Usually niche stuff has buyers that impulse grab, then lose interest when they want the next new shiny.

Dub

Pug or Ranger or NAA generally, mostly an expensive fidget spinner for me (to be honest). But I’ll take a Pug over nothing in an open office environment where even a 365 print would mean the end of my gear money. If I could just chain and lock my sling bag to my desk, now....

GrayMurse

Love the review, don't like the gun. I can't believe these things sell beyond "novelty" level. For size and weight, you get a lot for for LCP or something similar. I'd rather go gunless all together and go with a fixed blade or non-lethal vs carrying one of these. To each, their own I guess. Keep up the great content nutn'!

RowdyRon

Kind of an interesting piece. The Pug looks like it would be a clearly better value, and you wouldn't need to change the grips. If they could dial in the top-break ejection on the Ranger, that might make it a little more palatable. Thanks Nutn.

David Gaines

Bro, what watch is Doodle rocking 3.5 mins into the video?! I NEED that.

Tommy F

I’ve always liked the .22 short NAA revolvers. I like the proportions of the tiny cylinders to the rest of the gun.

Shot442

Loved the video, hate the gun. 8 inches high at 5 yards makes it useless. Now I have the itch to buy a LCP2 :)

Racing Psychosis

The answer is the LCP2 in 380 vs. the one in 22. The only thing that would improve the LCP2 would be those XS Big Dots you talked about.

RobK

I have two NAA guns. adding the holster grip completely changes how it shoots. way more controllable and makes it easier to shoot accurately

Andrettski

Love the vid but not the gun. It's pretty, however, it's a 18th-19th century idea in the 21st century. My Ruger LC9 is the smallest gun I'd carry and that's why I'll never get rid of it. It's great for summertime, goes in any shorts pocket and nobody knows I'm carrying.

HappyFrancisMacomber

Now if they would just make one in 45-70 with jacket sleeve auto ejector like Dr. King Schultz in django.....

Trevor K

That single shot Hizer in .410 absolutely destroys this gun. It’s cheaper and I would say more firepower. Even with 5 shots it’s really a single shot. Like who is going to just stand there while you adjust your grip and recock the gun.

Aaron

I picked up the .22 version a couple months back. On the second shot, the cylinder bit my thumb. Okay, that one’s on me. Still, the slick grip made it a challenge to control. Replaced it with the pocket clip which completely transforms controllability, at a price. But it’s worth the cost (my opinion). It’s just for fun anyway and makes me happy...Dammit! Besides the cat uses it during night raids. He rocks it out in a Galco Miami Classic. Who’s the pussy now😼. Sorry, I need to cut back on those gummy bears...

Jbocajs .

Damn, now it want to see a magnum research BFR with the assassins creed hidden blade mechanism.

Cyborg009

I have seen those NAA pistols and never understood the appeal. I know get it but c’mon. I have size 8.25 hands, shoot pocket pistols comfortably, and there is no way I could control that pistol shot to shot. I did pick up an EL version of the Jetfire in .22 short, though, so I wager I am good. Some of the gold engraving is worn so that pistol was carried by someone!

Tacticaldoodle

It's slipped into the fun niche as time passed. It was a strong back up to the back up for a century plus, it's fine to grant it a retirement as grandma's garter gun on sunday. It's very cute, at least, if your main concern is not looking like a well armed individual while carrying....

Tacticaldoodle

I don't know how those are so ubiquitous in movies, it seems like the kind of weird one-off built in a prop house everyone rediscovers and throws in there. Funny how that's common, but the speedloaders for a webley are uber rare.

Ol Retired Fed

Yea, a 22 review. Boo, a derringer review. Don' shoot yourself in the hand Ralphie! Does it come with a leather holster? There is a reason gun technology has moved on.

Tommy F

Eventually I’ll get one, along with the belt buckle. I’ll also make a kydex holster and carry it OWB just to troll my brother, lol.

Rick Grad

$500😂 The list of fun to shoot handguns at that price is very long. (Pre-Rona) Still enjoyed the vid.

FW Rose

This is more of a Novelty Gun. Just picked up a Taurus 942. In .22 LR. 8 shot. Very Small and concealable revolver.

Bluegill097

Bought a Mag Pug back in ‘17 after your first review and it still makes me smile

DirtyPhil

Thanks- looking fwd to review- also y’all hinted at a bad review coming on the KS7....?

bugout

dont forget to get a 14+1 mag bumper from tandemkross for the lcp II 22lr vid!

Robert Shuman

Hi Nutnfancy. I just saw a video on youtube of the Ranger II and it had the cartridge ejectors when you open it. Not sure if there are different releases that have the ejector. Also please look at the sidewinder. You're the best.
