There is a Ruger OEM threaded barrel kit and it works great with a can.

Shot442

Love mine. Picked up the Ruger threaded barrel kit. Also love my P17 after the obligatory trip back to Kel-Tec.

Chandler Theis

Love mine, one malfunction in over 1000 rounds

Schmuckatelli

It was a joy to hear the commentary from Baron von Munchausen to open (and close) the vid.

David Gaines

I was totally considering this as the ideal BOK pistol. I was waiting to watch your review. Really disappointed to hear about the issues you had with it. Perfect capacity for the size and I love my wife’s LCP2 so I was really hyped for this.

Schmuckatelli

Okay...gotta call you out, Nutn...You mentioned you would put the link in the description to three different watches. Despite the absence of said links, I did find the one I was interested in. I bought the Citizen Eco-Drive AW1158 on Jomashop.

bugout

left a comment on boobtube... tornado will thread these lcp2 22lr. also tandemkross has a 14+1 mag bumper - it is literally impossible to install but if u can get them on, hello! i have 1400+ rds through mine (cci/fed/dynapoint) with zero failures, none! i love this pistol - except loading is not fun and i refuse to use the loader. with velocitors i have no issue pocket carrying this all summer.

NatvMan

Gotta love 22lr, I got a Ruger Charger pistol at the end of last year. Just so much fun to shoot. And with ammo prices, I will be shooting 22lrs more.

bugout

love my p17 as well but my rear sight screw keeps backing out and swinging the rear sight way left... need to locktite it up. debating on whether to keep my longslide 4.5" sr22 pistol w tandemkross/ nic taylor mag mods (gets you to 17rds) or dump it for another p17 or m&p compact 22lr.... thoughts???

bugout

get one mine is 1400rds in and flawless, no lie

bugout

print one instead...

David Gaines

I might have to pick one up still and just hope for the best.

Derek W Tiller

perhaps an aftermarket barrel manufacturer will make threaded barrels for it. good opportunity to make some cash.

Todd Strelka

Great pistol. Agreed, it's perfect for a BOK. The Ruger LCP II .380 is on my wish list.

Austin Cobb

22lr pistol is something missing from my stash. I will def consider after seeing this vid! On an unrelated note, what do you think of IWI Zion-15?

bugout

tornado custom threads them

Hold Fast Joe

Pistol is meh for me. Great review as always though! That eco drive reminds me I have never grabbed one and it's on my short list. Citizen really knocked it out of the park with the eco drive system. So affordable, like timex affordable!

The Nutnfancy Project

Sorry, will do. I was edited on a diff computer with this one, will dig them out for ya! And my HDs are in back mode for the next 36 hrs so I can't log on to the original HD. For real!

The Nutnfancy Project

Good to know. Makes me want to try/maybe buy another sample. This one had probs off and on. We could have sent it back to Ruger and got it going but I'm just past that at this point, at least for the review.

The Nutnfancy Project

"Citizen really knocked it out of the park with the eco drive system. So affordable, like timex affordable! " Totally agree, it's a great system. I really like that affordable blue AW1158-05L shown, really a cool watch. Link's above if you want to see the details.

Schmuckatelli

I care about the links because I want you to get your $0.03 and buy more gear to review.

Christopher Davis

Nice to see Sam joining the discussion again! 😁

A Random Walk

I like the 380 but thought they were banned on tnp. Very interesting....😎😎

Alexander Morton

Did anyone else picked up a Beretta Bobcat Covert recently? My Sportman’s Warehouse is still carrying them last I checked. I’m curious to hear if TD and Nutn would prefer this or the LCP II 22lr as a niche gun. I’m liking my walnut version, but I have to remember to adjust my shooting grip to avoid slide bite.

James R

Remind me to NOT borrow TDs “mouse guns” lol

Kinoons

Nutn - “I love cougars, I think they’re cool”. Me too dude, me too. Oh you mean cats...

Will Teasle

After watching the spinning wheel of death turn for 15 minutes I had to give up on the video. Hopefully you post it to YouTube soon so I can watch it.

J Ram

Excellent opening Tactical Doodle!!! I'm on the floor laughing so hard I'm dying over here!!

Mike

Not flapjacks would be Pfannkuchen in German. 😂sooooo good well played Doodle!

Kinoons

If you click on the three dots in the top right of the video and click share you can copy the link and open outside it patreon. I have to do this sometimes as I don’t always get audio from the embedded video.

Racing Psychosis

Love the 380 version, this one not so much. Its a certain pass for me. Love their Wrangler cowboy gun though.

Spenser Weese

Love mine. Bought it when they first rolled out, knowing I would eventually see a TNP vid on it! 😝

Mike S

The campy music in the middle of the malfunctions montage was quite funny!

Phill Super

Other application (assuming it brakes in). Recoil shy grandma carry gun?

Dustin T Goettsch

I bought this gun for a specific POU... Boat carry. I won't be wearing a holster on my swim shorts so then pocket carry is a thing and snakes are the most likely threat I want addressed.

Dustin T Goettsch

The first one I had would lock back on a full mag just like that. The replacement has been 💯

Raymond Kuhn

"Mein Arsh Guhn" should be on a t shirt.

DirtyPhil

Prayers answered and review posted- glad it went well and this is actually available in stores not like the kel tec p17

Casey Jones

So can Samantha’s last name be Carter? Please? She is blonde.

JONATHAN MOORE

On Remington... have you seen "Major League"??? Yeah, it's like they were trying go under so the brass could cash out on whatever was left.

Shawn Kuse

Own both the original and the LCPII in 380. Great small mouse guns. Cannot beat them. One thing about a 22, you can buy a 100 round brick and shoot all day!

Bluegill097

Finally got my hands on a clean Jetfire! Couldn’t take seeing one on the TNP table much longer without having one for myself

Daniel Herb

I want one! Saw one on the store shelf a few days ago but couldn't get it since I was already picking up two other things. Its defiantly on the list to get tho.

Jerry Hall

Love the circus music. HILARIOUS !!!

Matthew Jantz

He sure wasn’t talking cats!!!

Cheesewell

LCP II remains my go to carry, absolute super carry pistol. Especially in the summer months. Favorite part of the video, Doodle " which means you can shoot .380 out of your LCPII .22" lol, straight gold!

Phillip Robinette McKracken

Just went back to look at this one. Someday, I want to shoot at an indoor range with an oompah band in the background. Possibly in laderhosen... Hopefully not with smegma in my butt crack. I'm not sure who was doing the production on that. I will never look at a ruger product without remembering that.... Oh the humanity!

Brian Mumford

No kidding, I was alone on a mountain miles from anyone backpacking overnight sleeping in a hammock. I had spotted large "dog" tracks on a wet trail an hour or two before while hiking. I took a picture and sent it to a friend who said it was a cougar track, but he's also the kind of guy who thinks ever dead animal on the side of the road is a dead mexican chupacabra, so I completely ignored him knowing transient cougars are rare in NY and on the East Coast generally. I was camping under a thick forest canopy that blocked out all the stars and the moon. I was about 100 feet off the path I had to blaze myself at an elevation I was NOT supposed to be camping, but I ran out of sunlight earlier than I thought because of the trees and mountain (I live in the flat midwest). The wind was freaking howling and rustling the trees so I couldn't hear a damn thing as I tried to get to sleep in my hammock. My spidey senses started tingling, so I got up in the middle of the night with my flashlight, unzipped the bug net, sat up and exited my hammock. I shined my light and a f****ing cougar was approaching less than 20 yards. I was in Upstate New York (no guns allowed), but I MAY have been constitutional carrying. I ended up scaring it away (it jumped behind a tree), but did not get an ounce of sleep that night as you can imagine. This was back in 2012. I contacted the NY Department of whatever who handles such things, and they said there were no cougars in NY. My sister and brother-in-law live in the area and have seen them before (he has anyway living there all his life). Someone got a picture of it within a few days in the same area. It was very large as far as cougars go. I have a feeling I would have been one of those rare statistics if I didn't get up with a weird feeling. I was basically a burrito until I got out of my hammock. My hair was literally standing on end, but I don't know what made me get up other than I couldn't hear or see anything and my imagination got the best of me due to my friend. When I got home a few days later I analyzed the tracks and sure enough the size, asymmetrical toes (compared to dogs), and the lack of toe nails in mud (again, as opposed to dogs) confirmed what I had already figured out (that they were cougar tracks and not just a coincidence). I sent the images to the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation and because I didn't put a ruler or quarter down for scale blew me off. Anyway, I always carry now when I go hiking even though most hikers and even through hikers think I am paranoid. Now that I have an LCP II chambered in .380 ACP, although I'd rather something bigger, the gun is light and, like you said, it's better than carrying a .22LR (which would still be better than not carrying anything at all).
