It took a while to catch up, but a fantastic and truthful video....

Nutn I love you! Can't wait to watch!

Brian Driver

Thanks Nutn. Love the philosophy videos.

Rob Miller

Can not wait to watch this later tonight. This is my favorite content and the biggest reason I signed up for Patrion. I believe you are most living out Gods purpose when you do these. Love me some AK content but God is first. Romans 8:28

The Nutnfancy Project

Great to hear, thanks much Rob. He did tell me to do this one (the best I can figure!)

Hold Fast Joe

Nice talk great topic! I like to get out with my dog most days after work for an hour long walk. We play audiobooks as we just walk around. I tend towards sci-fi or silly books. Audible is a great site or just pickup books on CDs at the library if you can get them. Disconnect! Like the great Rollins Band song taught me in the 90s lol

GMAX

Exceptional talk. Yep, things went crazy pretty quickly once they proceeded with this Agenda 2030 nonsense. To get every facet of society to comply it must’ve been in planning for at least 50 years. You are spot on, as 2030 approaches, the madness will continue to be ramped up - Yikes. Anyway, huge thanks Nutn, you are the only Patreon that hasn’t stopped consistently delivering. I’ve been watching from the beginning. It’s one heck of a body of work you’ve given us. Rock on. 🤩

Rob Miller

I bet He did! I added, “please give me ears to hear and eyes to see” to my night time prayer regimen. Helps weed out the noise.

Thanks Nutn’!!! Education, particularly about the Constitution has proven to ease political stress for me, giving me focus and reason. God give us our Natural Rights: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Government’s only purpose is to support these God given rights, providing Justice. A government that isn’t of its citizen’s consent and/or doesn’t support all 3 natural rights would be said to be unjust by the framers of the constitution. If someone tells you our constitution is racist, ask them what they think of the 13th amendment. When people talk politics with me, I tend to just lean on this stuff. There are people that believe in our country and our constitution and there are people that don’t. Hillside college provides a free online course about this subject.

JARMYSTRONG

I think I'm going to go lone wolf on this one, and I admit I can't finish this video. It's a tough time right now nationally and halfway through this vid and all you've done is bring up negative things that would bring an otherwise happy person down. I'm a good father, working hard, building a new home in Arizona after we escaped from California. This video just didn't resonate with me, or maybe I just wasn't the audience.

Kyle Bruner

This is exactly what I needed to hear today. The world is really good at dragging you down but only if you let it.

Great job Nutn! I can personally attest to many of the points you hit in this one. Especially get right with God and find a church that recharges your batteries every Sunday, get outside, and have something to look forward to. My wife and I spend as much time as we can in the field. Looking forward to to the next hike or Jeep trail or camping or kayaking trip goes a long way to keeping you from getting discouraged by the circumstances of your life that are out of your control. When you are out adventuring your focus tends to be on the good things you're enjoying and you can distance yourself from the collapse of civilization. Thanks for another great philosophy vid!

Todd Strelka

Thank you for sharing this needed message. We all need to hear it. 🙏

Charles New

Fantastic video, your so right. Helping others is the cure for depression.

Racing Psychosis

Personal hell can be health related. Leading up to my diagnosis with Acoustic Neuroma/Vestibular Schwanoma was absolute hell, because everything was pointing at things that were even worse and cancer related. Then came the diagnosis, and then its like we know what it is, but its still dangerous. Then came the 11.5 hours of brain surgery to remove the tumor, then the wait for the testing to confirm that it was benign. Then the thoughts from the doctors that they were unable to remove all of the tumor for fear of completely paralyzing one side of my face. The loss of one ear, hearing wise. The potential for CSF leak. The loss of half of my balance. The loss of independence and self-reliance for weeks while trying to recover. The fatigue, the grueling recovery, the relearning of just putting your socks and shoes on and everything like that, that you so take for granted. The loss of being able to do things that you once did. And the shit that you are talking about is still going on around you. Well, “quit” is a four letter word. Don’t do it. Get your ass up and fight through it. There were a lot of worse things that could have happened. Its now year 7+ of recovery, and I still notice little improvements. The six screws in my head remind me daily with pain around the surgical scar. You lose a part of a some senses, and your self-awareness needs to increase to a higher level. But, don’t quit. My aunt was dying of pancreatic cancer at the time, she was a 1-percenter, lived 5 years after stage 4. She made me promise to never give up, never quit, especially since I was not going through anything like what she was going through. I’ll likely have another battle with this in 5-8 years if what little they left in me regrows. Prepare yourself as best you can. And don't quit. Quitting is easy, do things the hard way.

The Nutnfancy Project

Thanks so much for the insightful and kind comment. I appreciate your support as always. I have been saying the best days of TNP are still ahead and maybe this video gives a bit of that (I hope!). Yes the negativity will continue to ramp up indeed. Have fun still, stay away from negativity, and make some great memories while we still can.

GMAX

Jason, he brings it back around to how to keep yourself happy if you stay with it.. he’s not a doom and gloom guy, he’s a realist, and the title says it all. He tells us what he does personally and some of us need to hear that from an honest razor sharp realist. Never fear, Nutn provides a happy ending!

The Nutnfancy Project

"When you are out adventuring your focus tends to be on the good things you're enjoying and you can distance yourself from the collapse of civilization" Exactly SA

Elijah Ballard

I use you as a mentor Nutn. Thank you for all your wisdom. Your philosophy videos have formed me into the man I am today.

Elder Logistics

Hey. They think we're done but we're not. They're scared of us coming together and working together as ONE. We see and we talk. There are MILLIONS of us who see what it is. And guess what? We're armed to the teeth. The worse they try to make it for everybody the more they lose their fan base. Yes we have been weakened systematically and incrementally. The circle comes back around. Teach the history of Communism. Hopefully you know who and where it came from.. the descendants of which continue today. They own the money printing presses. It's the PRIMARY DRIVING FORCE behind it ALL. Not the government.

Elder Logistics

Watch "Don't Be A Sucker" from the U.S. National Archives on YouTube

Robert Harper

This is just so timely. I’ve found myself asking those questions. How can you be happy with stupidity taking over? We I go to an event with liberal propaganda painted on the walls, and I ask myself if I can even enjoy the event in “their” house. It’s not easy, but you make really good points and have great answers.

Elder Logistics

Wanna feel good? Watch any of Trump's State Of The Union speeches, his U.N. speeches, or any of his rallies. Great entertainment to watch who liked and who didn't what he had to report. He's a hero.

Elder Logistics

I should wait until the video is finished! Thanks Nutn . You're an awesome person and a great influence

The Nutnfancy Project

So sorry to hear of that incredible trial you're having RP! That's truly awful. I know from your great comments you are still lucid, smart, and have your SOH intact. We will keep you in our prayers and admire your fighting spirit in this, a good role model you are.

Sean Durso II

This is a great point! Going to events, sporting, school, or otherwise with leftist propaganda signs everywhere is dejecting. It also starts to make me dislike people I don't even know because of their support of that garbage. Hard to socialize & small talk with progressive libtards. Gotta work on being better. I definitely needed this vid.

Racing Psychosis

I try not to dwell too much on it. I still keep as active as possible. Even with this and all the bad stuff going on, you have to find those things, those moments that keep you happy.

Bluegill097

Nailed it per usual Nutn. I was pondering this very idea while walking my dog, Valor, tonight. I definitely have been making a conscious effort to be in nature more, I find it another way to connect to God. I am encouraged to know I am not the only one who has felt this way lately, and I definitely agree I need to find passion in something again. That is my goal moving forward. Less news and something masculine and productive to be passionate about. Thanks for the content

Bluegill097

The video has a happy ending, just gotta stick with it.

Jordan Parker

Another fantastic and thoughtful talk about the truly important things of this life. I'm thankful that you are able to share your reliance on God, and acknowledge the fact that the things of this world are inconsequential compared to the reality of eternity. We strive for our ideal world today, and fight for what we believe in for our fellow citizens and children, but we understand that our eternal future is with God and that brings us joy in dark times. Thank you, Nutn!

LibertyOrDeath

From the Lord of the Rings "I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo. "So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

Tygre

Great book list!

Lorenzo

Hey y’all I beg you, check out John MacArthur? My favorite pastor/teacher. All his sermons are free going back 50 years. Yes, he did preach through and explain The Revelation. Site is www.gty.org

The Nutnfancy Project

"Hard to socialize & small talk with progressive libtards. Gotta work on being better. I definitely needed this vid." I totally get what you're saying and yep it's tough

The Nutnfancy Project

Thank you Elder, just trying to do some heavy lifting here once in awhile to help out

The Nutnfancy Project

" Less news and something masculine and productive to be passionate about. Thanks for the content " Amen brother I know you'll find something and you are welcome! Great to hear from ya too

The Nutnfancy Project

Thanks much Jordan and so glad you appreciate our eternal nature and the transitory nature of this life. It's tough at times to remember that in all this foolishness andarkness of society. But happiness can be ours and God will support us.

Mark Horan

Thanks Nutn. Love the philosophy video. Empire of the Summer Moon is a great book. One book that gave me lots of Gratitude was Masters of The Air by Donald L Miller. There was a few days where I had so much gratitude that I was not flying bombers over Germany. The fear of being in a safe bed at night and then the next day getting shot at by flac was terrifying just to read. The title of this video made me think of Dennis Prager's theme. Happiness is a moral obligation. Here is a 5 minute video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8uJQUdR3kc Just down loaded "The Devil in the White City" on Audible - through your link of course. Mark

HEADS UP! I canceled my PayPal account when they announced the company would be fining people if they felt they “spread mis information”. I forgot Patreon was on PayPal until just now. I came to find out why no videos had posted in over a week…and that’s when I got the notice my payment method was declined . Just wanted to post this as a reminder to check ACHs you want to continue when ending a banking relationship or service.

Iowa Dave

Thanks Nutn. This video was so good that I couldn't believe when it was over at 1:12. One thing that helps me be happier in this world is not being on Facebook, Instagram, etc. It blows peoples' minds when I tell them that I don't participate in those venues. Instead, I take in just a little bit of Tucker, a lot of The Salty Cracker, and of course the Nutnfancy Clubhouse.

Zack Harris

Great messages Nutn… balance, perspective, boundaries, persevere, thankful, joy … “Cast all your anxiety on HIM because He cares for you - 1Peter 5:7, blessings to everyone here.

Mini Me

Thanks for the course correction brother.

Cody Harring

Always appreciated Nutn, words to ponder and remember.

Here in Oregon. 114 is a f****** nightmare. Gun permit, registry, 10rnd limit and no background check time limit. Sarts 12/07 and not one agency currently offers the mandatory training required to get you permit..... Fuuuuuu

Rob Miller

Watch till the end and let is know if you changed you opinion. To me, after the intro…it was uplifting.

Rob Miller

Agree…Could have gone 2 hours easy!

Rob Miller

Powerful verse right there. One of my favorites.

Rob Miller

God hooked us up on this one. Soooooo Awesome.

Rob Miller

My mens Bible study has read a few of his books. Worth checking out.

I am 56 years old Heres some of the things I do: Scripture reading almost daily (95%). Just started BJJ last summer at 56, roll 3 x per week At least one Mens Bible study each week. Lift weights 2x per week. Volunteer at Church Support multiple charities with time and money. Ruck 1 x per week. Kettle bell, sandbag workout 1 x per week. Run my own business started it in 2008. Shooting competitions Take kids shooting Chase tiny groups The list goes on….and will continue to change. I don’t hunt or fish as much as I used to. I do more service work now as I find it more fulfilling than shooting a wide rack deer.

Colostomybag

Great video. This is why I am a doner

hoplite ⚔️

Thanks for sharing Rob. Does Ruck mean backpacking? I want to get into BJJ too. My doctor friend was recently telling me about the benefits of kettle bell.

hoplite ⚔️

Listened to it while doing laundry room renos. Looking forward to listening again for it to really sink in. Also looking forward to reviewing the comments to pick up other jewels from TNPP. One thing I’ll put out there is listening to music you enjoy. I really don’t do it enough. When I’m driving I’m taking in the news (not MSM CPF) or gear reviews. I’ve realized I need to make a better effort to listen to music I like and find more music that makes the head bob. There’s a type of unique happiness I get when the beat is just right and the colors in the sky remind me how beautiful God’s creation is.

The direction of the nation isn’t good but it’s no lost cause yet. The typical midterm result was disappointing in the face of an expected red wave bloodbath. But do not be deceived, it was a win for the right. The right has won the House. We won’t obtain all of our goals easily. And we may ultimately lose the political fight in the end. We have minimal control over national politics. What we have to do is fight the fight we can and prepare for the worst. Even complete political loss in the next dozen years can be overcome with appropriate planning. Can’t be done alone though. Find a small group you can trust. Start with one person if necessary and build that small group. Then build a community if possible. But most importantly never lose hope. So long as God is with us we will prevail, even in the worst of times and we are not there yet. Not even close.

David Elkins

I hope eastern Oregon can become western Idaho.

WILLIAM MEYER

Hey, Nutn', love the new, uh, chapter in your book of merchandise, stuff, reviews. Read the "Devil and the White City" a year or so ago. Great book and fantastic author! Was recommended to me by a teacher and fellow displaced Chicagoan. You didn't mention this but it's 100% historical that reads like a novel. Am anxious to dive into the other books you recommended. Thanks for this.

JARMYSTRONG

Finished it. He did turn it around. Perspective is everything.

Jay

Thank you Pastor Nutn. I like to substitute the word "joy" for "happyness". Just finished reading book "Nightingale" by Kristin Hannah. A true to life novel about 2 sisters in the resistance movement during Nazi occupied France in the 40's. Highly recommend.

Jay

Could you please put this one on youtube so that we could share this great talk? Thanks.

LesIsMore

You could've blown me over with a puff. Great Heart Warming message. I personally was Born again back in 77 and found as Jesus said "Mand does not live by Bread only but by every Word of God so His word is food for the Spirit man once we experience the New Birth and He gave me an appitite for it on day one so I could learn and teach others, mainly children. Imagine my Joy to learn that the friend I've had for the last several years who sold me on most of my firearms purchases was also a Brother in the LORD. Great to hear it, there are NO Maverick Molecules in God's creation, He has everything under His control ALL the time, period. On the Shed and In the Ark Brother, go USAF, for now. LesIsMore.

Everything looks like it is falling apart but really everything is falling into place. God will not forsake us for we are his

Chase Ferguson

Thanks so much for this Nutn! I think we all needed this reminder. My life is amazing and I am so thankful to God for it he has blessed me continuously everyday with an amazing family wonderful work and all my needs are met 100%. Now we just need the world to wake up to the hope in Jesus. Well boys that’s our job!

Pat McGroin

Thnx Nutn. Timely vid. As i slowly venture back towards God I take alot of flackfrom my teenage kids and wife. Slow and steady.

Rob Miller

Yes, Rucking is just walking with a weighted backpack. I stared with 20# of lead weights in a Kelty. Eventually upgraded to a GoRuck Rucker. Its low impact great for core stability and cardio. We do 3.5-4 miles in an hour every Sunday morning before church. I’m at 30# pack and we take turns with a 40# sandbag.

Rob Miller

BJJ has helped me mentally more than anything else. Was not expecting that. Doing complex/scary & difficult things really helps you.

Gary Groeschke

Hey Nutn thank you for the book recommendations and the philosophical and life adjustment recommendations these aren’t easy times but they’re not extremely hard times either we all must persevere find faith and family and try our best to live and recognize our blessed lives God speed to you and your family always

wil perez

I think we need to focus on self development. Be more self reliant. I think we are the heroes we are waiting for. Maybe some of us should run for office. We all should do cardio for starters

Brendan

I can attest to the situation with the riots in San Diego. Marines here were authorized to attend ”protests”. I lived a couple miles away where multiple stores were burned to the ground. One of which was a Chase Bank. I remember curfews for everyone who wasn’t protesting. Another thing I remember is Turners, the local outdoor/shooting chain had lines from open to close of people buying them waiting to pick up their guns. It’s ironic how quickly these first time gun owners changed their minds about a mandatory wait period when their safety was being put on the line.

Jonathan-James

Great perspectives and good advice. Thanks NUTN.

ETL

NUTN, I agree with your points and share many of them. I just don't see how we can vote our way out of a rigged system.

Dione Kollee

Another great life philosophy vid. Really needed this. Watched all the way thru & it’s the only way to do it. Tnp’r lifer right here!

Brievet

We are not alone! Thanks Nutn.

david rockwell

These sage insights are much appreciated as storm clouds obscure the surrounding terrain. The preeminent message is perspective and service. The political and social climate is not as bad as we conceive it to be (it can get much worse). We become a clear lens to let God's light shine through when we are assisting others. Thank you for the continued effort and dedication.

J Armstrong

Thanks , new patreon member, added after watching this, long time youtube subscriber.
