Love the solider boy series Nutn. It's all about what you have and knowing how to use.... and your limitations. 👍🇺🇸👍

Rod did great. He's in good shape too.

The “internet” would make you believe shooting is easy (any shooting, rifle, pistol, shotgun), but it takes skill. You add outside factors and the difficulty multiplies. This was fun to watch, and Rod is a good guy.

I SUCK at shooting pistols and I'm not too proud to admit it. My biggest problem is not taking my time to get sights back on target - I have a natural tendency to point shoot instead. Rally hard for me to train that out.

Great job! I've been on rifle only for last 3 years I don't think I've sent a single round through my pistol lol Tomorrow going to a little meet up we're doing indoor 50ft 22lr rifle thing. Targets the size of dimes so it's no gimme but they're fun

The Nutnfancy Project

Yep, he's awesome. He's stayed skinny and can run...half the battle right there

Rod did an awesome job!! Unfortunately I have to disagree with you on one point sir, I shoot at least once a month outdoor range regardless of season (although I have cut back to very specific drills and a box of 50rds)....of course I sort of need to do that as I'm trying to compensate for being that 300lb guy that you're only going to run 50ft, lol (working on it Col.)

Hey TNPers….Pellet, BB, and airsoft alternatives are valid practice when ammo is expensive. A Umarex (who owns Walther) made Glock 17 or Sig P320 is pretty spot on in feel and weight. Or you could get a pump air rifle, some BB’s, and a trap for the cost of a few boxes of ammo. How would you shoot 10,000 rounds in 2023 if there was a TNP challenge? I have 3 boys so even rimfire adds up if you want regular practice.

It' been sooo..long! Great video, Nutn!

Great video. Shows truth behind myths and elitism concerning red dots. A fun video all together.

Good job Rod!! I’m 55 I made great gains in my cardio when I started Tae Kwon Do 6 years ago. Covid took a lot of those gains two years ago. Now I’m working to get it back. I try to shoot once a month 30-50 rounds. Hard during deer season.

Good stuff, Rodney's got a great attitude. That's hard to go out for a jog and back, and then gather yourself to relax and shoot accurately. All the oxygen is going to his muscles not the brain, so I thought he did fine.

I'll take HK snow cones for $500 Alex

Wow, those desert mountains are beautiful. Rod was a great sport. Great job out there showing us what’s it’s really like. Props to Sean. Great insights and assistance for the project. Was nice to see that CZ getting it done!

For me, red dots on pistols are great for target shooting, but when it comes to combat shooting, I stick with irons. A little bad weather, and a few obstructions on the glass can make shooting with a red dot pretty difficult.

Shooting low left is a known byproduct of anticipating recoil.

Always great hanging out in TNP! Thx boys 🤙
