For your dog, did your vet say anything about oatmeal baths or oatmeal based shampoos? There are also some sprays that can dull the itching. Omega3 fatty oils are good for coat and skin. Maybe a combination of these things could help doggo feel better. Check with your vet, though. My cat had issues with allergies and this stuff helped. Thankfully, she eventually seemed to get over it. Dogs tend to gravitate to people who have the same energy as they do. Most will go to someone who's calm, but, if theyre really energetic, they'll go to a human that is as well. Maybe Ruka is just naturally calm. Rora surprised me as being the biggest gunner in the water pistol fight. It's always the quiet ones. ;)
