Quick note - For some reason, YouTube skipped the KiiiKiii stage, and I didn't realize it until now, when I uploaded this reaction. As you see in the video, my internet browser lags quite a bit during my recordings (specifically when I have OBS turned on), so I'm not sure what exactly happened 🙃

Next reaction is going to be ACON 2025, but I'm not sure if I'll focus on just a few select groups like SB19 & Ateez, or I'll do a bigger reaction, we'll see :)

I really love the open air atmosphere for an award show, doing a show like this in a gigantic stadium really helped a lot to create an impressive stage and nice shots, without cutting away randomly to show the audience like other shows do. dont get me wrong, I loved the AAA performances but the reason why this was my favourite award show this year were all the interactions between the artists (both singers and actors). had such a blast watching that livestream seeing Chaewon & Yujin reunited, sitting next to each other, same as HMLYCP reunion with Yena, Hyeri and Chaewon (they even gave an interview together with Wonyoung asking the questions as MC lol) or Rei doing the guinea pig challenge with Park Bogum during Attitude. btw this whole event felt like an big IU & WLGYT celebration since a big part of the cast was present together and they (mainly IU) bagged a shit ton of (well deserved) awards :D They also ask all the artists that attended after the show is over what performance impressed or stood out to them & IU said she enjoyed MEOVV the most and felt entertained the whole time during their stage, which is probably one of the biggest endorsements and compliments you can get in this industry.

i dont remember what content it was, but Belle mentioned pretty recently she wanted to perform Maestro Of Your Heart at an award show to show off her violin skills, gotta applaud all of them for being so ambitious and brave to perform this 100% live on a big stage like that with obvious mic/audio issues, but they pulled through like pros.

Here's some help with the pronunciations: NEXZ -> nex-zee TWS -> 2-us Yeah, I thought performing in broad daylight was kinda weird too. And I totally agree that the nighttime gives a totally different vibe. "My top 10 has about 100 songs". Somehow pretty accurate 😅 Le Sserafim OMG! Ash is my favourite Le Sserafim song as well! 🤜🤛 Yeah, so happy they performed it. Seeing them perform also reminded me that during the awards Hyeri, Chaewon, and Yena were interviewed and HyeMiLeeYeChaePa was mentioned! 🤩 They also want a 2nd season (but unfortunately no concrete info was dropped). Woodz How you are able to name all these songs from the top of your head will always be beyond me. IVE One of the things I really like about the AAA is that (some) artists get a bit more time, which allows them doing something extra, like a B-side for example. They looked amazing, and the (laser) lights in the back made it even better.

Whilst I was watching this reaction, the AAA channel has started uploading the ACON stages. But it's those ones with the shitty audio filmed from a single camera. You've always skipped that one so far because it's just TOO long) - Melon Music Awards (MMA) on the 20th - SBS Gayo Daejeon on the 25th - MBC Gayo Daejejeon on the 31st - Golden Disc Awards on the 10th of January CORTIS - Obviously it's hard to top the metal stage at MAMA but this is cool too. - This was the 10th anniversary of AAA, so they really had to make it HUGE. Btw, this is the same stadium that Twice performed their concert at two weeks earlier. - Damn you're right, I could totally hear this in the background of an early 2000s roadtrip movie. Allday Project - They have some really good music, so it's even more of a shame that Bailey and Youngseo are the only two members I actually like... - Especially Tarzzan and Woochan received a good amount of backlash for their disrespectful attitude and behaviour at this award show, and honestly, that criticism is warranted. Like, don't put your shoes on the seats of the golf cart that other artist are gonna sit in after you. That's just nasty. Put that on top of Tarzzan's endless cultural appropriation and fetishizing of Black culture and aesthetics. I really dislike that guy. xikers - Can't wait for them to finally come back to Europe so I can CRANK UP THE JUICE, BRING THE ENERGY, LIGHT UP THE PLACE 🗣 - Seriously, just the thought of experiencing that outro live gets me so excited. MEOVV - They are absolutely one of my favourites already. I was unsure about the self-titled debut song at the time but god damn, have they just continued to prove themselves again and again. Both in the music itself and also in the live performances. Gawon is my bias but all of them are soo good. - And you're in luck! THIS specific remix of Burning Up is actually on Spotify. QWER - Yes, you saw their MMA stage last year. - One of my friends told me yesterday that he plans to get obsessed with this band. Like, he isn't fully obsessed yet but he wants to get into an obsession. Alright then 😂 - drone died lol - If you do ACON, I highly recommend including them too. They played my favourite song Overdrive! CRAVITY - This isn't Lemonade Fever, this is Yeehaw Fever 🤠 - A song like Your Idol, I was trying to think of something in their discography but I don't think they have anything quite as dark yet. Would be really cool for the next comeback! Kiss of Life - Maestro of my Heart was for Stage Fighter, a spin off of the Street Woman Fighter series. And Lucky is their Japanese debut, but I think I may have mentioned that somewhere else before. - Kiof is another group that I just don't really like anymore. And it's a shame because they had such a great start. I also went to their concert in Hamburg, was a really big fan at the time. But then they ruined it with that racist livestream in April. Yes, Julie has apologized about as much as she could have. Took her way too long to properly address it but we got there in the end. Still, that doesn't change the fact that I just feel kinda weird listening to them now. I can't really enjoy them anymore. And that's sad because the talent and the quality of the music is obviously there. YENA - 100%, all the concepts, props, outfits and everything have been amazing this year. MASSIVE upgrade over AAA 2024, which I found to be a bit boring tbh and you didn't even react to last year. - I may prefer the darker rock Yena over this but DAMN she does this so well. Why is she so cute?? RIIZE - This one was weird because AAA uploaded this with the very first batch on Sunday and then deleted it SECONDS later. The video you're seeing is a livestream reupload from a fan. - Anyway, EMBER TO SOLAR I LOVE THAT SONG SO MUCH. Legit my no.1 from Riize. - Somehow they made it even better here. They're shutting off crucial parts of my brain and I start to revert to a feral state. - To say something normal for once: In Your Fantasy is easily a top 5 Ateez song and the best thing they've released since Halazia. MONSTA X - Starship has released a statement that I.M has a few health issues and is also preparing to enlist soon, and as such will not participate in any overseas schedules until his enlistment. That's why MX are here as 5 only. - 10 years on, still performing the debut song at the award shows. - Do What I Want was fun in the MV but FUCKING HELL THIS LIVE PERFORMANCE Stray Kids - starting on WHAT THE FUCK 💥💥💥 - Never has sitting on a stool because of a sprained ankle looked so good. Lee Know, you majestic beast! - If Felix lets out some proper metal growls by the end of next year, I would not even be surprised. - Bang Chan could steal my soul with those eyes and I would thank him. - Fucking love the inclusion of Bleep and Bounce Back. - Only thing that would have made it even better is another crazy ass remix of Ceremony. This was a very nice few hours of distraction from my sheer fucking panic over having to buy Nmixx tickets tomorrow.

Stray Kids whole set was a big FU! I've seen some folks talking about Bang Chan adding a few "choice words" in ASL. And with that hair and those contacts? Perfection 😘👌🏼 Lee Know has really been throwing a wrecking ball all around Stayville this year! I'm hit! I'm hit!

I absolutely lost it when Stray Kids performed... BLEEP ... WALKING ON WATER ... BOUNCE BACK .........CEREMONY!!!!! talk about a setlist for the haters 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 Starting with 'BLEEP'!!! OMG ... I never thought I would hear them sing it televised let alone an awards show 😂😂😂 ... (love when artists decide to perform songs that are banned by the KBS outside of Korea lol) .... And then Bounce Back... my 2 fav recent distracks !! even Ceremony is a distrack lyrically as well as a celebration ... I am so so so happy for them ... Let the haters hate .. they slayed and walked away... on the water ... with 8 awards, for 8 members in their 8th year .... KARMA!!!💥

-Yes, I was also disappointed not to see Lesserafim perform at certain year-end ceremonies like the MAMAs. -But I'm not surprised, since the show programming is generally done based on the award-winning artists. The most popular or most awarded artists are guaranteed to perform. That's why we see so many groups like SKZ, G-Dragon, AESPA, Ive, or IU, because they're the artists who have won a lot of awards this year. - But as a WIZONE member, I'm happy because this year's AAA awards recognized and highlighted the former IZ*ONE members who won many awards this year, 10 in total: 3 awards for IVE 2 awards for Lesserafim 3 for Wonyoung 1 for Chaewon 1 for Yena - Big shout-out to Hyeri who also won an award! (Hyeri is an honorary member of Lesserafim, LOL) - I'm still waiting for a season 2 of HYMILEEYECHEPA - My 5 favorite performances: - 1. Monsta X: I was so happy to see them live on a big stage, and "Trespass" is one of my favorite songs - 2. Lesserafim: I really like their song choices and style - 3. IVE: How could I not include my favorite group? Even though it wasn't their best performance in my opinion, they've always rearranged their songs, but not this time. - 4. SKZ/Ateez: I can't separate these two groups; they're equally charismatic on stage. - 5. Yena as a WIZ*ONE: All the former members of IZ*ONE are important to me as a fan, and I'm always charmed by Yena's cuteness. Despite being 26, she loves playing up that side of herself. She embodies cuteness, and she loves it.

Will you be reacting to the ACON performances too? Specifically Woodz's stage? In addition to Smashing Concrete and Drowning he sang I Hate You, Bump Bump and Ready to Fight. Plus I hope someday you react to his AAA 2025 performance with JJ Lin too. Woodz sounded amazing! I think Skz Han's reaction to the performance was the most fun part of this year's AAA to me 😂
