A few fun stats for you. Even though ACON had fewer artists than AAA, the cumulative performance time is almost an hour and a half LONGER than AAA. Everyone just performed much longer sets. The 23 AAA artists performed 45 songs in total, a bunch of which got shortened for time. Whereas the 15 ACON artitst performed 54 full-length songs in total, plus introductions/talking segments. Biggest difference was with Cravity. Only one song at AAA, but five songs at ACON. I don't know if anyone even cares about stats like that but here they are 😅 The next awards are gonna be Melon on the 20th, so one week from now. Stacked lineup including EXO, GD, Jennie and many more. I'm really excited for that one! The KBS festival is happening right now in Japan but the broadcast isn't gonna come until the 30th. SB19 - No idea why they weren't part of the award show itself. They performed at AAA 2023, which you watched too. Yes, that was in their home country but I'm just saying, they're obviously acquainted with the AAA organisers and they're here at ACON. I'd really like to know if there was anything that prevented their presence at the actual awards. - You know, normally the call for flashlights is for slower songs and emotional ballads. But they just said, fuck all that, we boutta get HYPE - rip poster - They also performed Crimzone at AAA 2023, so you've definitely heard it there. - I guess this serves as my annual reminder to stop stalling and finally get into SB19. If only I had more time 😭 ATEEZ - The legendary HJ smile - I totally get it. I also get way more intense about Ateez than about any female idols. Not to say that I didn't go completely feral when I saw Hyolyn a few days ago (she looks so much better irl than on pics or videos, how is that even possible, holy shit). But kpop also made me realise that I'm bi, so there's that 👀 - Not much to say for me other than: I love Ateez, probably to an unhealthy degree 😅 The First Take is a Japanese show. And Japan is notoriously strict with their copyright. That country is overall extremely gatekeepy with its music. Kpop artists aren't even allowed to perform their Japanese music outside of Japan, that's how bad it is. I'm honestly surprised any First Take reactions are able to be on Youtube at all.

I think you heard Crimzone in the last AAA 2024. Hahaa I hope they have an encore concert in the Philippines because I will be definitely going.✨️🔥🔥
