Poll results and work update! (Patreon)

Hello everybunny!Today we have a work compilation and news for the next days. Let's go ^^

First, we'll announce that the poll to decide the next patterns has finished. We're really surprised with the results.In first place, the winners have been... The humanoid beetles!! FINALLY. They always got second place in the previous polls. They finally won hehehe.What surprised us is that the second place went to the Gnoll, another original design! You don't know how happy it makes us to see that the most voted options were our designs 🥺. We like to know that you like our ideas.And the third and fourth place go to fandom designs. First the baby Pukei Pukei, and then Guilmon!

With these votes, and to continue with the dynamic of alternating an original plush and a fandom one, the next patterns will be the beetles and baby Pukei Pukei. The other two got almost the same amounts of votes than their winning rivals, so after thinking about it, we've decided that we will make the Gnoll and Guilmon after them! We hope you all like this solution :D

We would only change this decision if we come up with an interesting idea before we make the last two, and in that case we would make another poll after baby Pukei Pukei..We will start working on the plush study for the beetles in a few weeks. It will take us a while because we're giving priority to commissions but we'll probably start working on them in December. Are you excited to see their process? ;)

Continuing with commissions, as you may know we're currently working on the Loddlenauts Kickstarter rewards. We're close to the finish line. Over half of them are 100% finished (the teal and purple Loddles). The green and orange ones are almost finished as well. So next week we should have them ready to ship! We will show you some more photos in a few days ^^ But for now they're turning out precious.In another note, we have a new short review for you. If you have ever sewn something with dark fabrics, you know that it's almost impossible to trace the patterns on those fabrics. We used a special white fabric pen that we bouth at a sewing supplies store in Barcelona, but they were expensive, they didn't last much and the last couple times we bought them, the ink was barely visible.A few days ago, we saw that a fellow plushmaker, Sylenis Crafts, talked about a new pen they found that worked wonderfully. We decided to buy a few and tested them. And let's be honest, there is a HUGE difference. Here's a photo comparing how the pen we used looks like compared to the new pens. For dark fabrics, we recommend the cream pen, although the white one looks very good as well.

And this is all for today! We're sorry that these weeks we're a bit absent, but we're working non stop on the Loddles. We hope to get back to our usual schedule soon and write posts more often ^^

Hello everybunny!Hoy os traemos recopilatorio del trabajo y novedades de estos días. Vamos a ello ^^

Empezamos por anunciar que la encuesta de los próximos patrones ha terminado. Y la verdad es que estamos muy sorprendidas de vuestras votaciones.En primer lugar, los ganadores han sido... los escarabajos humanoides!!! POR FIIIN. Los pobres siempre quedaban en segundo lugar en las anteriores encuestas. Pero a la tercera, va la vencida jejeje.Lo que nos ha sorprendido es que el segundo puesto se lo ha llevado el Gnoll, otro diseño original! No sabéis lo felices que nos hace ver que lo que más votáis son nuestros diseños 🥺. Nos gusta saber que os gustan nuestras ideas.Y el tercer y cuarto puesto ya son diseños de fandom. Primero el Pukei pukei bebé y luego Guilmon!

Con estos votos, y para seguir la dinámica de alternar un peluche original y uno de fandom, los ganadores serían los Escarabajos y Pukei Pukei. Los otros dos han tenido al final casi los mismos votos que sus contrincantes, y tras pensarlo un poco, hemos decidido que haremos al Gnoll y Guilmon después! Esperamos que esta solución os guste a todes :D

Solo cambiaríamos nuestra decisión si tenemos una idea muy interesante antes, y en ese caso haríamos una nueva encuesta después del Pukei Pukei.

En unas semanas empezaremos entonces el estudio de peluches para los escarabajos. Tardaremos un poco porque estamos dando prioridad a los encargos, pero en diciembre seguramente empezaremos. Tenéis ganas de verlos en proceso?? ;)

Siguiendo ahora por tema encargos, como sabéis andamos trabajando en el Kickstarter de Loddlenauts. Ya estamos bastante cerca del final. Tenemos más de la mitad 100% terminados (los turquesa y los morados). Y los verdes y naranjas están ya bastante avanzados también. Así que en esta próxima semana deberíamos tenerlos todos listos para enviar! Ya os enseñaremos alguna foto más en unos días ^^ pero de momento están quedando preciosos.

Por otro lado, tenemos una nueva review cortita para vosotros. Si alguna vez habéis cosido en tela oscura, sabréis que es casi imposible marcar las piezas en esta tela. Nosotras teníamos algunos bolis blancos especiales que comprábamos en una tienda de costura de Barcelona, pero eran caros, se gastaban rápido y las últimas veces que los compramos, apenas se veían.Hace unos días nos fijamos en que une compañere plushmaker, Sylenis Crafts, comentó que había encontrado una marca nueva que le iba muy bien. Así que la hemos comprado y probado. Y la diferencia es ABISMAL. Os dejamos una foto de cómo se veía nuestro viejo boli y como se ven los nuevos. Para telas oscuras, os recomendamos el color crema, aunque el blanco también se ve muy bien.

Y con esto terminamos el post por hoy. Sentimos que estas semanas estemos un poquito ausentes pero estamos trabajando a tope en los Loddle. Pronto volveremos a la actividad normal y traeremos más post como de costumbre ^^
