Timcanpy WIP 2: Sewing machine applique (Patreon)

Well, here you have the first photos of this "little guy". To be honest, we were surprised on how big the ball turned out, it was huge. And precisely for being that big, it didn't fit in our embroidery hoop. If we wanted to use the embroideyr machine, we would have to make 4 parts and make them fit, and it was horrible to make that 4 times... So we decided to make the applique with the sewing machine, as we showed in the applique tutorial.

In the future we hope to get an embroidery machine with a bigger hoop size for big embroideries. But for now we make our plushies with what we have.

We are proud of how the applique turned out, as you can see. It was adorable <3

Bueno, aquí tenemos las primeras fotos del proceso de este "pequeñín".
La verdad, nos sorprendimos con el tamaño de la pelota, era enorme.
Y precisamente por ser TAN enorme, era imposible usar la maquina de bordar. Nuestra maquina no tiene bastidores tan grandes, así que tendríamos que haber hecho 4 bordados y encajarlos, algo horrible.... Asi que nos tocó coger la maquina de coser y,como en el tutorial, "bordar a mano".

En el futuro esperamos conseguir maquinas de bordar mas industriales y poder hacer bordados muy grandes. Pero de momento, luchamos y sacamos los peluches adelante con lo que tenemos a mano.

Y la verdad es que quedó bastante bien y uniforme el aplique,como podéis ver. Era adorable.
