Grookey WIP 2: Head pattern (Patreon)

And here we have the head of our chimpanzee pokémon! Honestly we are amazed of how COOL it turned out. For this plush, we have needed 3 attempts (it hasn't been as direct as Sobble). But the result we got is even better than the previous starter's.

You can see how good the shapes looks in the 4 pictures. We tried to put the same angle as the references so it's easier to compare and see how similar it is to the references.IT makes us really happy. You can see the top of the plush head is slightly pointy at the top, which the 3D model isn't. That's because we wanted the leaves to grow more naturally, like in the concept art.
The collage is a bit weird visually but we wanted to show all the pictures so you could appreciate it.

Like in Sobble, the face and paper details are just to get a general idea, we have to improve them before making the final plush. But even that it looks adorable, doesn't it?

Now it's the turn for the sitting body~~

Y aquí tenemos la cabeza de nuestro pokemon chimpancé! La verdad es que nos sorprende lo GENIAL que ha quedado. Para este peluche, hemos necesitado 3 pruebas( no ha sido tan directo como con Sobble). Pero el resultado obtenido ha sido incluso mejor que el anterior starter.

Podéis comprobar lo bien que ha quedado en las 4 fotos de la publicación. Hemos intentado poner la misma posición que tiene en el modelo para que podáis apreciar lo similar que es en todas las referencias. Nos hace muy muy felices. Si os fijáis, pero, veréis que en la parte superior del peluche tiene una especie de "pincho" que el modelo 3D no tiene. Y es porque hemos querido que las hojas crezcan de una manera mas natural de la cabeza, como las del concept art.
La foto collage es un poco rara visualmente que de costumbre, pero queríamos enseñaros todas las fotos posibles para que se aprecie bien todos los detalles del peluche

Igual que con el peluche anterior, el dibujo de la cara y las piezas de papel son solo orientativas. Al pasarlo a limpio y hacer el bordado lo puliremos. Y aún así ya se ve adorable, ¿no creéis?
