And with this we finish the body patterning. It will have a slightly longer neck, but it's not necessary to make another test to try it out.

As you can see,you can appreciate the curved abdomen and neck. It's one of the most important parts that we wanted to make good, and it's satisfying to see it turned out great. We may bend it a little more, but it's something we'll decide when we have everything else done, so everything matches.

Finally, we've used a technique to get patterns from an existing base. In this occasion, to make the fur pattern. We covered the body with film and then with tape, drew the desired shapes and cut them. You usually need to edit the patterns a bit when you use this technique but you already have a good base pattern. We want the fur to adapt perfectly to the body so it's the ebst way to do so. We want to make a tutorial of this technique someday.

Pues con esta foto finalizamos el patronaje del cuerpo. Tendrá el cuello un poco más largo, pero no es necesario hacer otra prueba y gastar más materia para ello.

Como podéis ver de lado ya se aprecia ese abdomen doblado y la curva que se forma con el cuello/cuerpo. Era uno de los elementos más importantes que queríamos conseguir en este peluche, y es satisfactorio ver que ha salido bien. Seguramente le haremos un poco más marcada la inclinación, pero lo acabaremos de decidir con el resto de elementos, para que harmonice bien.

Por último, hemos utilizado una técnica para sacar patrones de una base que ya tenemos. En esta ocasión era para sacar la pieza del pelo. Se cubre la pieza con papel film y luego con cinta de pintor, se dibujan los patrones como queremos, recortamos y ya tenemos el patrón. Suele necesitar ajustes posteriores pero al menos se obtiene un patrón bastante parecido al deseado. Queremos que se ajuste bien a la forma del peluche. Queremos hacer un tutorial de este método algún día.
