ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL

Well, as we said in the previous post, we're thinking about what to do with our current patron exclusive channels in our Discord server.

As you know, the server was only for patrons at first. We share some WIPs there that don't post here, tips or comments about our work, ideas for new projects... Any kind of content that we want to share with you with a more personal and direct way.

The thing is that several months ago we decided to make a Twitch channel, to show how we work (we don't show patterns, just how we sew or make embroideries, mostly preorders and simple pieces). It's a way to have some company while we work, and also give it to our viewers, and also a way to get some extra support. Our Twitch community asked us to make a public server, so they could also talk to us and know when we post any plush or start streaming. So we decided to make some public channels in our existent server for everyone. Now we have one discord server that has some public channels and some patron exclusive ones.

Sadly, we've noticed that since then, the activity in our patron exclusive channles has decreased. We don't know if it's because all the messages and spam from the public channels has bothered you, because, honestly, we talk very often there, and not only about plushies, or maybe because almost everyone in the public servers speaks in Spanish and you don't feel comfortable because you can't understand it.
We apologise if that's the case, because we want you all to be comfortable and able to enjoy our content in the best way possible. But we understand that, if you joined the discord server to only see some more plush WIPs and talk about our or your projects, it can be bothering to have so much message notifications.

So after thinking about it, we want to propose you new ways to solve this problem. In one hand, we can stay on Discord, and just make a totally new server just for you patrons. It would be like the current patreon channels.
The other option is to make a Telegram group chat. We've seen that many people choose this instead of a Discord server. It's a way to speak more directly. What we do in our current discord is show WIPs and talk about projects, there's not really a need to have different channels, so we think a group chat could work well too. Of course the telegram chat would be patron exclusive.

Both options, a new discord server or telegram group chat, are ok for us, so we'll adapt to what you decide without problem. In fact we could even have both things, but we think it's unnnecessary to have them all.
Of course, in both cases we would only speak in English, so everyone will be able to communicate better ^^

If you don't really mind the public channels in our current server or you simply don't comment much because you're usually inactive on Discord. Or if you don't even care what platform to be in, please let us know too.

You can also comment if you have any other idea or advice, we're open to anything you want to tell us!

As much as i want to chat in the discord group, it is always a bummer that 90% is in spain. So I stopped to talk that much there. So when I see something new, I get in ,see all is in spain ,scroll down, and leave again.

We try to speak in english in the patreon channels even though some comment un spanish becuase it's easier for them, but un the public channels we can't make them to speak in english :( we're sorry that you felt bad for that. That's why we want to make something about it

To be honest, I'm fine with how the Discord channels are established now but I understand that many people can feel uncomfortable to chat with the rest because of the language. I talk only in my name but I can speak in English as long as necessary at any channel if it becomes a rule to make easier the integration of the English speakers or at least, chat in English at the Patrons Channel. Anyway, is your channel chiquis, so whatever you decide I'm fine with it. :)
