EDIT: Regarding our first point, we wanted to change a bit what we said after talking with some of you. First, we want to apologise if you've felt that we didn't care about any of our rewards, like in the case of the patterns.
Honestly' we've been really saturated with work for the last months. And since the tsumtsum patterns weren't very successful nor recieved any feedback here, we were a bit unmotivated. We didn't  know if you were interested on the patterns or that we didn't make or explain them correctly. Many of you also told us that you were on that tier for different reasons.

But several of the new patrons have told us that they wanted to join for the patterns, so that's why we talked about bringing many new patterns.
Again, we want to apologise if we disappointed with this, or that we made you feel that we didn't care because you were just a few.

We'll put a lot more effort on this, we promise. We'll start trying to post patterns periodically (for example, one pattern every 3 months, more or less), and if we see that people like them, we'll then try to post them more often.

We hope to make it better from now on.

Well, against our expectations, the Marshal WIP we showed on Twitter and Instagram has recieved a lot of support. We never had such a big amount of interactions and people interested in our work.
And it surprised us even more that we got many new patrons. We wanted to welcome you all, send you a big hug and thank you for your support. You don't know how happy we are upon seeing that more people want to see our work closer.
We want to take this chance to explain a few things to our new patrons, and also give new information to the ones that were already here.

First of all, seeing that we have so many new patrons on the $12 tier, we'll try to work hard to bring you new patterns. Until now we had only posted a couple of patterns and tutorials, because most of thepatrons on those tiers had told us that they wouldn't use the patterns since they don't know how to sew, they just wanted to support us. The next patterns we'll post will be for the big drifloon plush, and we have some other patterns and interestign tutorials in mind.
In second place, we want to talk about Discord. As you may know, we made the Discord server patron excusive at first, but a lot of people came from Twitch, asking for a public Discord to chat and share our daily lifes. So we decided to make 2 main channels; a public one and the patron exclusive.
But we've seen that since we opened the public channels, the activity on our patron exclusive channels has decreased. Even new patrons entered the discord and left shortly after. We think that maybe many of you didn't want all those message notifications, or didn't feel comfortable because most people on the public channels speak in Spanish.
We always recommend that you mute the public channels but we understand that it may annoying to you anyway. That's why we will make a poll soon where we'll ask you what us to do (two separate servers, a telegram channel...)

Finally, we'll talk about our newt commission slots. As you know, our embroidery machine broke and that made us delay on our current commissions. We're working really hard to catch up on commissions. Even that, a LOT of people have come interested in our commissions, and within them, new patrons on the early access tiers.
We'll try to organize our commissions as best as we can, since we really want to accept all of our patron's commissions. But we'll ask you to be patient, since we will need many months to make them all. We'll soon write a post explaining how we will organize towards these new projects.

And nothiing else to say. We'll start writing these posts with information and questions.

One last thing! Thank you again for all the support you're giving us. You don't know how much it means for the two of us.

EDITADO: Respecto al primer punto, hemos querido cambiar un poco este punto después de hablar con algunos de nuestros Patrons. Antes de nada, queríamos disculparnos por si habéis sentido que discuidábamos alguna de nuestras recompensas, como en el caso de los patrones.  
La verdad es que hemos estado unos meses muy saturadas. Y como los patrones de tsumtsum no habían tenido mucho éxito ni feedback por aquí, estábamos algo desmotivadas con el tema. No sabíamos si os interesaba los patrones o los hacíamos mal. Muchos de vosotros también nos apoyabais en ese tier por otros motivos. 

Pero varios de los nuevos patrons nos han comentado que precisamente querían unirse por los patrones, y por ello hablamos de que queríamos trabajar para traeros muchos nuevos.
Y de nuevo nos disculpamos por si os hemos decepcionado con eso, pues quizás os ha hecho sentir como que "no nos importabais por ser pocos". 

Vamos a esforzarnos mucho más, os lo prometemos. Empezaremos intentado poner patrones periódicamente (por ejemplo, cada 3 meses más o menos), y si vemos que os gustan, intentaremos poner más a menudo.  

Esperamos hacerlo mejor a partir de ahora.

Bueno, para nuestra sorpresa, el WIP de Munchi que enseñamos públicamente ha tenido un apoyo increíble. Jamás habíamos tenido tanta interacción y gente interesada en nuestro trabajo.
Y nos ha sorprendido más aun con la llegada de bastantes nuevos patrons a nuestro Patreon. Y os queríamos mandar un saludo, un fuerte abrazo y daros las gracias por querernos apoyar de esta manera. No sabéis lo felices que nos hacéis  al ver tanta nueva gente queriendo conocer nuestro trabajo más de cerca.
Queremos aprovechar para explicaros un poco algunas cosas a los nuevos patrons y de paso dar información a los que ya lleváis un tiempo aquí.

En primer lugar, al ver tantos nuevos patrons de tier 12, vamos a intentar trabajar lo máximo posible para traeros nuevos patrones disponibles. Hasta ahora solo habíamos subido un par de patrones y tutoriales porque no teníamos muchos nos habían comentado que no usarían los patrones porque no saben coser, que sólo nos querían apoyar. Pero al ver tanta gente interesada nueva, queremos traeros contenido nuevo. Los próximos patrones que os traeremos serán los del Drifloon grande. Pero tenemos ya pensados algunos más y varios tutoriales interesantes.

En segundo lugar, queremos hablar del tema Discord. Como algunos sabréis, el servidor de Discord se creó en un principio exclusivamente para Patreon. Pero mucha gente llegó desde twitch preguntándonos por hacer un servidor público donde hablar y compartir más el día a día, así que decidimos hacer como "dos canales", uno público y uno privado para vosotros.
Pero hemos notado que desde que están ambos, la gente de Patreon ha dejado de interactuar tanto. Incluso gente que ha llegado nueva, se ha ido al poco de entrar. Creemos que esto se debe a que muchos os habrá incomodado todo el spam que se hace en los canales públicos o porque la mayoría en ellos hablan en Español.
Siempre os aconsejamos que si os molesta podéis silenciar este canal publico o que podéis hablar en inglés sin miedo. Pero entendemos que quizás os incomoda igual.
Por ello, haremos una encuesta en un próximo post donde os vamos a preguntar qué medida preferís para cambiar esto ( estamos pensando en hacer un servidor a parte, totalmente privado o un telegram).

Por último, os comentamos el tema de los próximos nuevos encargos y sus slots. Como sabéis, con el tema de que se nos rompió la vieja bordadora, nos hemos atrasado un poco en los encargos actuales. Estamos trabajando a tope para sacarlos adelante y ponernos al día. Aun así, ha llegado MUCHA gente nueva interesada en nuevos encargos, yentre ellos, nuevos patrons en los tiers con acceso anticipado.
Vamos a buscar organizarnos lo mejor posible, pues queremos intentar coger todos los encargos que nos traéis los nuevos patrons. Pero os pedimos un poco de paciencia, pues necesitaremos muchos meses de trabajo por delante. Próximamente también haremos un post explicando cómo nos organizaremos de cara estos nuevos proyectos.

Y no mucho más. Nos vamos a poner a preparar hoy mismo estos nuevos post de información y preguntas.

Solo  queda añadir que, de nuevo, muchísimas gracias por todo el apoyo que nos estáis dando.  No sabéis lo que significa para nosotras.
