ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL

Hello everybunny! Today we bring you a post about a new material we think we will use a lot from now on :)

As you know, to make posable plushies, we use wire structures. We always wrap them with quill so they are more safe and soft, but it's still a bit difficult to make the plushies pose as you wish. And a while ago we found a website that sells plushmaking supplies and we saw an item called "doll armature". We made some research and we discovered that these structures are used for ragdolls and alike. In fact, we have official Pokémon plushies that have this structure inside. So we decided to get it together with a tool that helps you separate and put together the armature pieces.

When we recieved it, we confirmed that it's extremely posable like wire, and we wanted to quickly try it on a plush. The pics are from a bunny villager body test we made. It's not perfectly stuffed or sewn, but it was enough to try the armature with.

And our veredict is that it works perfectly! It not only keeps the poses as good as wire, but it's also way easier to handle, since you don't need as much strenght and skill to make it pose like you want. You can see different arm poses we tried. We're very happy with the results. It's way more expensive than wire, but it's really worth it!

There are different armature sizes, so we would like to experiment with more of them, and we also want to try to wrap it with quilt to see if that way the armature is less obvious when touching the plush. But we can confirm that we will start using it for our posable plushies, like the Animal Crossing characters! We will still use wire for certain plush parts that don't need to be posable, just stay in a certain position ^^

----ESPAÑOL----

Hola everybunny!

It's a total plus that you don't have to wrap that armature like you do wire either cus no pokey bits!

I LOVE this stuff! I use it for a bunch of different plush and the numerous sizing options are so great!
