ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL

Hello everybunny!

Now that we've finished and posted Monmon, we're working on more commissions and the next Patreon reward. Today it's time to work on the Bunpinyon! You don't know how excited we are with this project >w<

First of all, we drew some extra references on paper of how we imagine their front and side views. This was to keep in mind the shapes when patterning.

Once we had the references we needed, we started working on the first part; the head. We wanted it to be similar to a rabbit's skull shape but at the same time still be round and adorable. We did a first test that we already liked a lot, but it was too lonf and thin on the front side.

But with some small changes, in the second test we already got the pattern we wanted! Just look at that cute face ;_; We love the muzzle curve and how soft it looks.

Since we got the head pattern quickly, this morning we sculpted the mushroom hat. As you know, we usually use the tape method to get a base pattern to work from. The shape doesn't need to be perfect, because we later make changes to the patterns to adapt them to the fabric and get what we are looking for. It's just to get the base to start working from.

And here you can see hyow it looks with the hat. Isn't it adorable? We want to hug and protect it, and it's just the head hahaha

Now we have to let the mushroom dry and sculpt the other one to get the patterns for both. Soon we will show you the fabric tests for both versions!

----ESPAÑOL----

Hello everybunny!
