Next pattern reward: Agumon + plush study (Patreon)

Hello everybunny! Today we'll talk about the next pattern reward for the minky tier. After making the Honduran white bat, which was the most voted, it's time to make the second most voted. Agumon joins the party!

We're very excited for this baby dragon, because we already made one back in 2015. Remaking him after almost 9 years is a dream!

Since Agumon has many concept arts and varies between games and series, we've made our own reference of how we want to make the plush. Specially regarding the details and shapes. Thanks to HTRuiz for drawing the references! She's the best at drawing Digimon <3

With the references, let's make the plush study. Agumon has all the parts of his body separated from the others, so it will be easy to work on him in sections. The head will be one of the most difficult pieces to pattern. It has a complex shape, specially to make it look good in 3D. We have to watch out for the eyebrow's shape. On the other hand, the body has different elements to keep in mind. The neck, pecs and his adorable belly. Finally, the arms and legs, that are unique and iconic for Digimon designs.

It will be a challenge, and we want to warn you that it will be one of the most difficult plush patterns we'll give, like the Bunpinyon or Fuecoco. It's not the best plush to make as your first one, but we'll do our best to make all the steps easy to follow so everyone can have their digital partner ^^

We haven't decided on the size yet, it will probably be around 20-30cm.

Finally, the Agumon we'll make for the patterns will be for sale. It will probably be around 350-450 euros, depending on the final size and difficulty. If you're interested, you can send us a message!

On top of that, only if we have time, we want to make a second bigger Agumon, that will wear Tai's goggles and/or a Greymon hood! We had the idea while designing it and it's super adorable ;__;This second Agumon will be a personal project and we don't know if we will end up making him. It will depend on how everything is going by then. If we make him, we will only make one to sell and we won't repeat it as a commission. We won't include the extra pieces in the patterns as we want it to be something unique and special ^^

Hello everybunny!Hoy toca hablar sobre el próximo patrón que os traeremos como recompensa del minky tier. Y después de hacer al murciélago, que fue el más votado, toca hacer el segundo. Agumon entra en acción!

Este dragón nos hace mucha ilusión, porque ya en 2015 hicimos uno. Fue de nuestros primeros encargos, con tela polar y ojos de fieltro. Poder hacerle un remake después de casi 9 años es un sueño!

Ya que Agumon tiene varios concept art y varía un poco entre juegos y series, hemos hecho nuestra propia referencia de cómo lo haremos en peluche. Sobretodo para ver cuánto detalle le daremos y sus formasAgradecemos a HTRuiz que es quien nos ha dibujado la referencia! Es la mejor dibujando Digimon <3

Teniendo ahora la referencia, vamos con el estudio de peluche. Agumon tiene todas las partes del cuerpo muy diferenciadas, así que podemos trabajar en él por secciones. La cabeza va a ser una de las partes más difíciles de patronar. Tiene una forma compleja, sobretodo para que se vea bonita en 3D. Hay que vigilar también la forma de las cejas. Por otro lado, el cuerpo tiene varios elementos a tener en cuenta. El cuello marcado, los pectorales y su barriga adorable. Y por último, los brazos y las piernas, que son muy únicas y características de los diseños de Digimon.

Va a ser un buen reto, y os avisamos que será de los peluches más difíciles que os vamos a dar como recompensa de patrones, a nivel de los Bunpinyon o Fuecoco. No es un peluche para que sea tu primer contacto con el mundo peluchil. Pero aún así, es bastante factible que si seguís los pasos podáis hacer vuestro propio compañero digital ^^  

El tamaño aún no lo tenemos decidido, pero seguramente será un peluche de 20-30 cm. 

Por último, el Agumon que hagamos para los patrones estará a la venta. Seguramente rondará los 350-450 euros, depende de su dificultad. Si os interesa, podéis hablarnos para reservarlo!

Pero además, si tenemos tiempo, vamos a hacer un segundo Agumon más grande con las gafas de Tai y/o la capucha de Greymon! Tuvimos la idea al diseñarlo y es super adorable ;___; Este segundo Agumon es un proyecto personal y no sabemos si saldrá adelante. Dependerá de cómo vayamos de trabajo en el momento. Si sale adelante, haremos solo uno para venderlo y no se repetirá por encargo. No incluiremos estas piezas como recompensa en las instrucciones, queremos que sea algo único y especial ^^
