Great episode - thank you. I feel like I’m listening in on a private conversation between two good friends. So glad that you both haven’t jumped on to the Kim K hating bandwagon that so many commentators have. Just wanted to add that what people don’t realise is that she would have got the meeting ( and pardon ) from Trump regardless of Kanye. As a celebrity in her own right she has the right amount of star power. What was also lost in the noise was that she also understands how much of a cultural influence she is on women in their 30s and younger. Not just the body positivity stuff but also her ability to use her celebrity for good. She telling the world that there is no need to feel helpless with the current administration. It is possible to make a change for good even when everything seems hopeless. That won’t be lost on her fans.
