Great work, as always. Have you read “Democracy in Chains”, Michael? I think seeing Bolsonaro through the lens of “Pinochet 2.0” makes a lot of sense to me. It feels like a well worn game plan at this point. Similarly, it would be nice for more people to call out “paygo” for its Pinochet roots in the destruction of the core welfare state, which I think signals the establishment Democrat’s plan following Trump (hopefully not though).
