This week's theory video is an interview on KPFA with the great Paul Robeson. During this talk Robeson threads the connection between his work in the United States with his political activities abroad. In this interview Robeson links the struggles of working people across the world against racism and capitalism, showing the path toward a socialist future.

Paul Robeson was a titan of a man. Born to a former slave Robeson became a lawyer, an award-winning actor and singer, a star football player, and a committed warrior in the class-struggle. For his work the US restricted his movement and revoked his passport. His vision still inspires today.

Do yourself a favor and search for more Robeson interviews and bios. He was always crystal clear and focused in whatever he was discussing and could often spotlight a malicious interviewer's bias and dishonesty. I had never heard this interview, so thank you to Michael, Griscom and the gang for bringing this to our in boxes.
