Awesome episode with Joshua as always. Spectrum of allies is such an essential concept to thinking about strategy more structurally, and acknowledging where people and larger blocs/ social structures are at more broadly. Joshua mentioning Highlander made me think it'd be great for y'all to do an illicit history or larger show on Highlander, Freire and progressive/ popular education more broadly. It's a perspective that's distinct from a lot of traditions of organizing with a quiet but essential presence in movements. Anyway, great episode!
