The G.EM. brought tears to my eyes. Great work David! My family is native, I lived on the Rez for years, and got a bachelor degree in science at a tribal college. I think it’s a good sign when I’m hearing more and more non natives voice their disgust of “federal Indian policy.” I know Michael has for sure done it and bomani Jones has a couple beautiful segments on espn radio. I was surprised he did it on air, but not surprised he felt that way. I love bomani and y’all need to get him on the show. But until more white people undestand that generations trauma is real, they will keep telling natives to just get over it, even though they can’t even get over seeing a brown person not in a cage.
