Why on earth is every show that I'm watching so damn good?!
HxH in particular has SO MANY amazing plot twists, the plot is almost impossible to predict, very clever writing and it's way too hype!

Hisoka: we do a little trolling

I really like Hisoka's use of texture surprise to make the altered fortune, but dang... he was writing almost a whole new poem on the fly so quickly without anyone noticing. He even used the same font and everything; he is too good with that. Meanwhile I am over here struggling to make simple poems.

I'm still in the hunter exam watching with your reactions, glad you enjoy it 😁

That kinda went over my head, the fact that he used texture surprise. I'm rewatching that right now, it's really crazy haha. That's nice that you are trying to write poems! I respect that, it's not easy at all, but don't give up.

That scene with young Chrollo running tossing the VHS was covered in the recent release of the manga. So unfortunately there won't be much backstory for the troupe in the anime. I would definitely recommend reading the manga when you finish the anime!!

I remember watching this show a couple years ago and now to rewatch it along with you is really nice. The phantom troupe is one of my favorite factions from all the anime i watched :D

This show is so underrated imo. Every episode is hype!

Hey im commenting a bit late but it would be awesome if you would react to the manga after the anime since there probably wont be new episodes for a LONG time and the manga after the anime is really really good so it would definitly be cool

Big fan of how Zeno acknowledged who could win in a fight between him and Chrollo rather than who would Favorite episode of all time in the next batch.
