GTA 3 Bradygames promo brochure with never seen before Alpha screenshots (Patreon)

As you already know, I was lucky enough to get my hands on a unique GTA 3 Bradygames brochure. What is so unique about it? Well, this brochure features well known GTA 3 map render from the manual...

... but with less "polluted" background.

Thanks to the fact that there is no character ART, you can see "more" details on never seen before alpha screenshots in the background. You can find the photos in the attachment. I hope you will find it interesting.  

Sadly, I didn't have time to compare them with the final game, but at the first glance there is nothing interesting.  So... yeah... you have an opportunity to make your own investigation, he-he.

A few words about the brochure...Some people claimed that they had this brochure in the past, but no of them do remember where and how they got it. I've seen it on eBay only two times; one in Australia (the seller claimed that he bought it from UK) and another one in US. I guess, this brochure was not rare in the past.

The map render is the same as in the manual, but the icon placement and their quantity is different.  I guess, we have a WIP variant of the map in the official manual. Does it mean that this brochure was printed before the official game release? Maybe.

It cost me $13 to buy it off eBay and $37 to ship it to Latvia. Was it worth it? I don't know.
