Levi clumsily turned and moved aside to let Aaron inside. Every step Levi took made his belly sway, his chest bounce, and his fat ass jiggle. Levi expected all these things to make Aaron’s kindness and calm crack, but the man smiled politely and watched with what seemed like fascination instead of shock or disgust. Even though the scene should’ve been awkward to say the least, Aaron made Levi feel safe and normal despite his condition.

“Come in,” Levi said, taking a few steps toward the couch as his back was already aching even though he had been on his feet for barely a couple of minutes. One of his hands pressed against the small of his back, and the other tried to keep the towel in place.

Aaron entered, closing the door behind him. He briefly looked around at the space before setting his medical bag down on the small table nearby. Meanwhile, Levi reached the couch and slowly sat down, groaning all along as the weight of his belly pulled him forward and rested heavily on his lap. His back appreciated the relief, but the position crushed his cock and balls with his massive belly, making him shift slightly to fix the pressure.

Aaron watched in silence, waiting until Levi seemed to have found a comfortable-enough position. “So, I’m Aaron,” he said properly this time, pulling a small notepad and equipment from his bag. “I work at the clinic with your doctor. He filled me in on your case before sending me out here. And before you ask, everything stays confidential, of course.”

Levi took a deep breath, then sighed, adjusting the towel at his waist as his belly threatened to open it. “Yeah, he mentioned that,” Levi said. “Guess I don’t have a choice, huh?”

Aaron smiled and shrugged playfully. “You always have a choice. I could leave if I’m making you uncomfortable. I’m here to help if you’re okay with it.”

Levi looked at Aaron for a second, then nodded. “Yeah. I’m okay with it.”

“Awesome,” Aaron said, spreading a charming smile on his lips. “Let’s get started then.”

The checkup started like any other, at least on the surface. Aaron worked through the routine just like any doctor would’ve done it, checking Levi’s vitals first—wrapping a blood pressure cuff around his arm, measuring the pulse, and taking notes.

“Any dizziness? Shortness of breath outside of the usual?” Aaron asked.

Levi chuckled softly. “Define usual.”

Aaron looked up, smiling at Levi’s casual attitude in the middle of such a weird checkup for a man. “Fair point. Anything that feels new or worse than before?”

Levi thought about it for a second, then shook his head. “No. Everything feels heavy all the time. Breathing’s harder after I eat. My back’s killing me. Same stuff.”

Aaron nodded, like that answer made perfect sense. “That lines up with what I expected. Your doctor mentioned all those symptoms already.”

From there, Aaron moved closer, asking permission before placing his hands anywhere near Levi’s body. When Levi nodded, Aaron rested both hands along the sides of the pregnant belly, spreading his fingers wide as if trying to map the shape without applying unnecessary pressure. Even that light contact made Levi wince as the babies responded with kicks that moved visibly across his abdomen’s surface, pushing outward in a rounded bulge before sliding away again. Aaron couldn’t help but widen his eyes a bit at that.

Levi sighed. “I know. Pretty wild, uh?” he said. “They do that all day.”

Aaron’s mouth curled into a small smile. “I can see that,” he said, carefully moving his hands all over Levi’s belly. “It’s actually a good sign.”

He continued the exam with careful palpation, pressing just enough to avoid causing discomfort, and asking Levi to move slightly now and then.

“Everything looks perfect,” Aaron eventually said, stepping back as Levi took deep breaths to calm himself and the babies. “Let’s finish with an ultrasound, if you don’t mind.”

Levi nodded and leaned back as best as he could, adjusting pillows behind him until he could lie on his back without too much strain. By doing that, the towel finally loosened around his waist, and before he could catch it, the sides fell to the sides, revealing his chubbed-up cock and swollen balls.

“Oh, damn it,” Levi said, blushing and trying to reach for the towel to cover his crotch again, but the size of his belly didn’t allow him to do so. He fought like a turtle on its back for a few seconds before Aaron carefully grabbed one of his hands.

“Hey, hey, calm down,” Aaron said slowly. “Allow me,” he added, gesturing toward Levi’s crotch as if asking for permission.

Levi nodded, and Aaron gently reached for the towel and put it back in place.

“There it is,” Aaron said, nodding at Levi as if nothing had happened. “Now, back to the ultrasound. I guess you already know it goes, right?”

Levi nodded, still stunned at how Aaron had reacted to such a vulnerable moment. The more he looked at the young man, the more he wondered if it was all a dream because nothing seemed to shake him. Aaron was the one person in the whole world, including Levi himself, who treated the pregnancy like a natural thing rather than a freak show.

Aaron kept going, applying the gel on Levi’s belly, warning him before the cold touched his skin. Still, Levi flinched, and Aaron chuckled. The wand moved slowly across the taut surface of his belly, and the monitor flickered to life beside them. Levi’s attention locked onto the screen, and after all the times he had been in that position, he gasped when the babies appeared on the screen.

Aaron moved the wand, adjusting angles, zooming in and out, and pointing things out as he went. “Heart rates look strong,” he said calmly. “Positioning is tight, but that’s expected considering there are eight of them. They’re all active, which is good,” he added without breaking rhythm. “They’re measuring slightly ahead for their stage, which is remarkable considering you’re having multiples,” he continued. “Growth is consistent across all eight. That’s impressive to say the least. Beyond textbook development.”

Levi snorted. “Yeah. Lucky me.” Despite the sarcasm, he couldn’t stop watching the screen as a smile spread on his lips.

“Everything looks good,” Aaron said after a few more moments, studying the monitor carefully. “Better than good, actually. They’re strong.” He took a few final measurements, comparing them with previous records on his tablet. “They’re growing fast,” he explained. “Faster than average, but consistently. That’s what matters. Every heartbeat is strong.”

Levi nodded slowly, shifting slightly as his belly started pressing too much on his lungs and lower back. He groaned, but with such a heavy weight pinning him down, it was impossible to reposition himself without straining his whole body.

Aaron tilted his head slightly for a second. When he finished, his attention moved to Levi. “You’re carrying a lot more weight than your body was ever designed for,” Aaron said. “At this stage, the focus should not only be on the babies—who are actually doing well—but also on you, to make sure you can keep going.”

Levi laughed breathlessly, fighting to find a good position. “That sounds about right.”

Aaron got a little closer again, watching Levi more carefully. “Your shoulders are tense. You’re leaning back even when you’re sitting still. Your lower spine is compensating constantly, and your hips are taking most of the load.”

Levi rolled his eyes slightly. “So, I’m falling apart. I already knew that.”

Aaron couldn’t help but snort at that. “No. You’re adapting. There’s a difference.”

“Is it? Because I feel like I’m falling apart,” Levi said, adjusting pillows behind him.

“Your body’s doing something most people wouldn’t be able to handle at all. Every muscle is working overtime to support the whole pregnancy. It’s not failing—it’s adjusting,” Aaron said. “If you were falling apart, you wouldn’t have 8 healthy babies growing inside you while you still look as healthy as a pregnant person could be.”

Levi looked at Aaron for a second, caught off guard by that perspective.

“I’ve also trained in physical therapy,” Aaron added, almost casually as he began organizing some of his equipment. “Postural strain, musculoskeletal recovery. Situations where the body is under prolonged stress. So I know what I’m talking about.”

Levi blinked. “You’re serious?”

Aaron nodded. “It’s part of my work. I can take a look at how your body’s handling everything, if you’re comfortable with that.”

Levi hesitated for a second. “Yeah,” he said. “Yeah, I’d take anything at this point.”

“Let’s have you sit up then,” Aaron said gently, approaching again with the same professionalism. “I promise I’ll be careful.”

Levi pushed himself upright, immediately moving his hands to rest at the sides of his belly as it settled heavily on his lap.

Aaron moved around him, watching how Levi held himself from every angle. He took his time, and Levi couldn’t help but blush again, even though deep down he liked how Aaron was staring at him—not like a freak but as a normal man.

“One shoulder’s slightly higher,” Aaron noted after a while, getting closer and gesturing without touching yet. “Your center of gravity’s shifted forward, so your pelvis tilts to compensate. When I arrived, I noticed that your knees aren’t locking anymore either—you’re keeping them slightly bent to absorb the weight.”

Levi blinked and laughed softly. “I didn’t realize I was doing all that.”

“You wouldn’t,” Aaron replied. “Your body figured it out on its own. That’s what it’s supposed to do,” he added, leaning in to adjust some pillows behind Levi’s back. “May I?” He said, extending his hands toward Levi’s shoulders, asking for permission.

Levi nodded, surprised by Aaron’s politeness.

“Let me know if it’s too much,” Aaron said, placing his hands at the base of Levi’s neck. He started with slow pressure along the tight muscles at the top of Levi’s shoulders.

At first, Levi stayed tense, as if expecting discomfort instead of relief. Still, Aaron kept going, slowly increasing pressure where the tension was worst. His fingers worked along the thick knots that had built up over months of strain, following the muscle down toward Levi’s shoulder blades.

When Aaron’s hands hit one particularly tight spot, Levi’s entire body trembled, and a low groan escaped his lips without meaning to. His hands tightened at the sides of his belly, but then his eyes rolled in his head from the overwhelming relief.

“Okay, dear—” Levi breathed out.

Aaron immediately eased the pressure, not pulling away but softening his touch. “Was it too much?” he asked calmly.

Levi shook his head quickly. “No. Don’t stop, please. I just forgot what it feels like when something actually helps.”

Aaron resumed the massage, working more gradually through the tension. Each time Aaron asked Levi to adjust his position, he also helped him support the belly to take some of the strain off Levi’s sore back. Even though Levi hesitated a bit at first, he eventually leaned into the support more than he meant to.

When Aaron’s hands moved lower, toward the sides of Levi’s lower back and into the top of his rounded hips, Levi gasped. A soft moan escaped his lips as his face turned red.

“Ah—sorry,” Levi whispered. “That—yeah, it felt good.”

Aaron paused to check in without pulling away. “Too much pressure?”

Levi shook his head again. “No. I didn’t realize how bad it was there.”

Aaron nodded and adjusted his approach, working more slowly along the muscles around Levi’s hips, but still making him wince over and over. “Your hips are carrying most of the load,” he explained as he worked carefully but firmly. “Everything up here is compensating for the weight you’re carrying in front.”

Levi let out a shaky breath, still a little flushed from how his body kept reacting. “Yeah, I noticed,” he said, feeling his cock stirring softly beneath the towel.

Aaron didn’t comment on the reactions, only making sure Levi was okay. He stayed completely professional, not making anything feel uncomfortable beyond what Levi’s body was already dealing with. Then he suggested shifting positions, and by that point Levi’s body already felt different—a lot lighter and relaxed than it had been in months.

Aaron guided Levi onto his side, arranging several pillows beneath the massive belly so it wouldn’t drag downward. It seemed like a position the pregnant guy had tried several times, but Aaron knew what he was doing. Levi’s entire body seemed to relax even more—his shoulders dropped, and his back eased so much that he couldn’t help but smile. Even his breathing changed, deepening naturally as the constant tension eased away.

Levi closed his eyes without meaning to, letting out a slow breath. “It feels so good,” he admitted. “I could fall asleep like this.”

Aaron smiled, pleased with the reaction. “Most people do.”

When the session ended, Levi pushed himself upright again, slower than before, but something felt different. His body was still huge, and his back still ached, but the constant strain had eased so he could move without groaning constantly.

“That’s better,” he said, almost surprised. “Man, where have you been all these months?”

Aaron chuckled, packing up his equipment. “It’ll help if we keep up with it.” He paused briefly. “By the way, your doctor asked me to let you know that we’ll be increasing visits. Once a week isn’t enough at this stage.”

Levi frowned slightly. “Oh, so he’s coming out here more often?”

Aaron shook his head. “Probably not. It’ll be me, if you’re okay with that.”

Levi looked at him for a second, then nodded without hesitation. “I’d really like that.”

A few minutes later, Aaron left, and Levi sat back onto the couch, fully naked this time. He took his time to arrange the pillow exactly how Aaron had shown him, and when he rested against them, a moan of relief came out of his mouth. He rested his hands on his belly, caressing it as the babies moved softly.

“Okay, I think it was good, right?” he said, looking down at his belly. “You liked him?” He asked and immediately paused. “I mean, he was a professional, right? We like that, right?” He kept talking as if the babies understood everything, then laughed at himself.

As Aaron started coming more often after that first visit, the days between appointments slowly took a different shape. Levi still felt on the verge of bursting, and everything was a major challenge. He spent the whole time eating, resting, groaning, and trying to sleep through the constant discomfort. The nights were still restless, broken up by trips to the bathroom, pressure across his belly, and what he was pretty sure were Braxton-Hicks contractions tightening his entire middle until he had to breathe through them.

But even with all that, Levi constantly remembered everything Aaron had said during the visits. One evening, while adjusting himself on the couch, he repositioned the pillows as Aaron had shown him, tucking one more firmly under the underside of his belly so the weight wouldn’t pull so much on his back. Another time, while standing in the kitchen waiting for something to heat up, he spread his weight more evenly between his legs instead of letting his hips take it all. He even started stretching his shoulders before bed one night, just like Aaron had demonstrated while explaining how much tension he was carrying there.

Nothing helped make the pregnancy easier, but those small adjustments made the days feel a little more manageable.

The mornings when Aaron was scheduled to come again, Levi waited near the window without knowing how long he had been standing there. The babies moved constantly all along, and he laughed at himself while rubbing the spot absentmindedly. “Alright,” he said, shaking his head a little. “Relax.” Another kick answered him, and he smiled despite the ache in his back. “Yeah, yeah. Your therapist’s here,” he added when he saw Aaron’s car approaching.

By the time Aaron knocked, Levi had already settled back into the couch, pretending to be casual about the visit. When Aaron walked inside, the routine felt natural. There was no awkward hesitation anymore. Aaron greeted him with the same kind smile, setting his equipment down and preparing for the checkup while Levi positioned himself to give him better access to the pregnant belly.

“Any major changes?” Aaron asked, wrapping the blood pressure cuff around Levi’s arm.

Levi laughed. “Besides getting bigger every day? No.”

Aaron smiled, listening as the cuff tightened. “That’s consistent with what I’m seeing.”

The exam moved smoothly from there. Aaron listened carefully to each of the eight heartbeats, adjusting the Doppler while Levi watched him work.

“They’re doing really well,” Aaron said after a moment, making a note. “All eight.”

When he moved behind Levi to check his back, his expression changed slightly. “This side is tighter than the other,” he said, pressing along the muscles to the left of Levi’s spine.

Levi winced slightly. “Feels like it.”

Aaron adjusted his position. “We’ll spend a little more time here today.”

Levi smiled, trying not to look too excited as Aaron started working carefully through the imbalance, easing tension from one side before moving to the other, and explaining what he was doing as he went. Levi found himself talking more openly, flowing into a casual conversation beyond a regular doctor-patient relationship.

“So you were a model?” Aaron asked at one point.

Levi snorted. “Yeah. Used to be.”

“What kind of work?” Aaron continued, pressing on Levi’s right shoulder.

Levi sighed, adjusting his grip on his belly as the babies moved again. “Everything. Commercial stuff, mostly. Fitness campaigns. And a couple of fashion shoots.” He paused, then laughed. “It feels like it was a long time ago.”

Aaron looked at him, curious. “Wasn’t it barely a few months ago?”

“It was,” Levi said, sighing. “But—well, I think modeling is a thing of the past,” he added, looking down at his belly. “I don’t think my abs will get back to normal after this pregnancy.”

Aaron laughed. “Never say never. Also, I think you look good like this.”

Levi blushed, and they kept talking casually. Aaron laughed often, and Levi leaned into that more than he expected, adding details only to hear that reaction again. It surprised him how much he enjoyed it, how natural it felt compared to the usual silence in the cabin. Without them planning it, the appointment stretched longer than necessary. By the time Aaron finished packing his equipment, Levi’s stomach was already rumbling.

“Of course,” Levi said, rubbing his belly. “Perfect timing.”

Aaron looked at him with a smile. “Hungry?”

Levi snorted, nodding. “Always.”

They ended up sharing lunch more than once. Levi ate more than he probably would have alone, and the conversation distracted him from how much he was going through. Aaron sat across from him, as if there was nowhere else he needed to be as long as Levi was available to hang out—which was literally all the time.

Other days, when the weather was mild enough, they sat on the porch for a while after the appointment. Levi would carefully sit in a chair, adjusting his position until his belly settled in a way he could tolerate, then lean back slightly while catching his breath.

“Still okay?” Aaron would ask, watching him closely.

Levi would nod, though he was still breathing a bit heavier. “Yeah. It just takes a minute.”

Occasionally, Aaron stayed even when Levi was too exhausted to do much more than lie down and take a nap. When he woke up, Aaron would still be there, sitting with a book in his hands, looking up only to make sure Levi was okay before returning to the page.

“You stayed?” Levi asked once.

Aaron shrugged. “You needed the rest. I wanted to make sure you’re okay.”

Somewhere along the way, without really meaning to, Levi stopped feeling like the pregnancy would break him and started seeing it as the thing that pulled a new friend into his life. Without realizing when it started, Levi noticed how the babies moved harder when Aaron was around. He couldn’t help but smile even through the discomfort, as if aware that the kids recognized the man’s presence.
