Outbox 8 is heeeeere!!!

Already have mine ordered from the source, very interested to see how it can be used. I mean, one could batch together four groups of sounds from a DT and send them via Outbox into the Octatrack, then you have four more outs for midi/cv.. or you could batch up DT sounds into 8 pairs and feed them into an 8-track mixer and perform that live .. I bet there’s many more ways

I know someone who claims to have successfully ported the machines from monomachine and machinedrum to his Octatrack. Haven’t seen more than a machine select screen. Will confirm with more info once I’ve got some good pics.

Wowza. I presume this is because Outbox acts as an audio device (not host) in this instance. So it’s not as if Elektron has been crippling USB audio on the Octatrack for all these years.

We are in a capitalist world. Board want to be sure to create profit. We want Elektron to create new machine! But where is Octatrack MK3? 😅
