I wanted to share the "unboxing" experience with you guys and show you the new telecaster up close and personal, as well as some of the nice little extras that came in the case!

I've overlaid some music courtesy of a few of my upcoming "tele-centric" lessons so do keep an ear out for that too!

Cheers guys and thanks for sharing this special moment with me! 🙏🏻🧡

It's beauty! Post a little 'short video' of you playing a bit please.

That case candy gives me a sugar rush! Beautiful guitar. You deserve this. Looking forward to hearing it in one of your next videos.

Gareth Towner

What, no actual bag of Nachos? Lovely plank of wood though. Can’t wait to hear it.

Alex Farran Guitar

Good idea buddy, will post that in a few minutes so keep an eye on the main feed 😎

John Ortley

WOW... just amazing... I'm sure it sounds as beautiful as it looks

Sam

The case and its contents are almost as cool as the guitar itself. Cheers to breaking it in, brother!

So cool, thanks for sharing! Nacho's attention to detail is so nice!

Todd Grubb

Very cool guitar. Even cooler soundtrack. Where is this music available for steaming? Are the songs from an album you've recorded? Sounds amazing!

Alex Farran Guitar

Thanks Todd! The songs are all lessons I’ve recorded for future videos! But I guess i could extend them into full songs in future 🤷🏻‍♂️

Alex Farran Guitar

Thank you Roger! It feels significant for sure, this guitar will be with me for life I’m certain!

Jimmy Dodd

Wow! That looks amazing. Congratulations! And thanks for sharing. I could not help but laugh at the little protective sheet around the already beautifully aged Tele in the case, though. 😄

Alex Farran Guitar

Thanks Jimmy! 🙏🏻 Hehe indeed.. always good to be cautious! 😅

Alister Rae

My dream guitar, enjoy mate if anyone can do it justice you can!

Martin

Amazing looking guitar. I love your tone on this guitar. Which nacho pickups did it come with? Did you get extra pickups in the case? Thanks

Alex Farran Guitar

Hi Martin, this came with his 50's pickups which are just sublime! I haven't felt the need to try the others as I love the tone of this guitar as it already is!

Mark Ferguson

Alex, I currently have a Tele American Pro II and Blues Jr. Tweed. I am looking to add some better tone and really dig the tone you achieve with tour Nachocaster. Any suggestions ( pick-ups, amp, etc) to improve. I was looking at a Fender Deluxe Tone Master, but I do not want volume as much as great tone.

Alex Farran Guitar

Hi Mark, undoubtedly the amp will have the biggest and best tonal impact. I personally am not too keen on the Blues Jr sound.. I've had to use them as backline many a time and always struggle to get "my sound" with them. As for the deluxe reverb though, it can't be beat in my opinion. I favour the old vintage ones and my 69' is my desert island amp.. but I do also have a tone master version and am very impressed by it!
