Buongiorno miei carissimi FANATICs!

Dopo il Cinematic Tuesday e dopo il Model Spotlight, oggi arriva il primo vero set fotografico di Veronica sulla pagina.

E ho deciso di farla debuttare con un set corposo, importante, da 70 fotografie, perché con lei non aveva senso partire con qualcosa di timido o di troppo piccolo. Veronica è entrata in studio già pronta, già spigliata, già professionale, con quella sicurezza di chi davanti all’obiettivo non ha bisogno di attendere il via.

Lo avete visto anche nel video: si è messa subito in gioco, ha partecipato alla scelta degli outfit, ha parlato alla camera, si è lasciata guidare ma senza mai sembrare passiva. È una modella che arriva con esperienza, con presenza, con una fisicità molto forte e con uno sguardo diretto che regge benissimo la fotografia.

Ed era esattamente quello che serviva a questo set.

Sfondo nero, tulle bianco, vestito di perle, velo trasparente sui fianchi, luce morbida e un’idea abbastanza chiara: costruire intorno a Veronica un’immagine elegante, preziosa, quasi aristocratica, qualcosa che avesse il sapore di una figura regale più che di un semplice glamour set.

Quella direzione, lei l’ha presa immediatamente.

Guarda spesso in camera, resta frontale, tiene lo sguardo senza abbassare l’intensità, porta le perle e le trasparenze con una naturalezza che rende tutto molto più credibile. Non sembra travestita da personaggio: sembra proprio entrarci dentro, con quella fierezza tranquilla che secondo me diventa il cuore del set.

La parte finale, poi, sposta ancora di più l’immagine verso l’idea di apparizione.

Il velo cade, la figura resta più essenziale, la corona entra nella serie e Veronica diventa ancora più netta, più preziosa, più dominante dentro lo spazio. È lì che il set, secondo me, trova la sua chiusura migliore: non perché aggiunga semplicemente qualcosa, ma perché porta fino in fondo quella sensazione di regalità che era già presente dall’inizio.

Questo shooting è nato in pochissimo tempo, praticamente in due giorni, e proprio per questo aveva dentro una dose forte di improvvisazione. Alcuni elementi, come il tulle bianco sullo sfondo, sono nati da soluzioni trovate sul momento, e mi hanno confermato una cosa su cui voglio lavorare sempre di più: costruire fondali, scenografie e spazi che non siano solo “dietro” la modella, ma che aiutino davvero l’immagine a respirare.

Con Veronica questo esperimento ha funzionato perché lei ha saputo reggere tutto: il nero, il bianco, le perle, il velo, la corona, la fisicità, lo sguardo.

E per essere un debutto, direi che è un segnale molto forte.

Gustatevi questo set con attenzione, miei carissimi FANATICs.

Good morning my dear FANATICs!

After the Cinematic Tuesday and after the Model Spotlight, today Veronica’s first real photographic set arrives on the page.

And I decided to let her debut with a full, important set of 70 photographs, because with her it made no sense to start with something timid or too small. Veronica entered the studio already ready, already confident, already professional, with that security of someone who, in front of the lens, does not need to wait for permission to begin.

You saw it in the video as well: she immediately put herself into the work, took part in choosing the outfits, spoke to the camera, let herself be guided but never seemed passive. She is a model who arrives with experience, with presence, with a very strong physicality and with a direct gaze that holds the photograph beautifully.

And that was exactly what this set needed.

Black background, white tulle, pearl dress, transparent veil around the hips, soft light and a fairly clear idea: to build around Veronica an elegant, precious, almost aristocratic image, something with the feeling of a regal figure rather than a simple glamour set.

She took that direction immediately.

She often looks straight into the camera, remains frontal, holds the gaze without lowering the intensity, wears the pearls and transparencies with a naturalness that makes everything much more believable. She does not look disguised as a character: she seems to enter it completely, with that calm pride that, for me, becomes the heart of the set.

The final part then pushes the image even more toward the idea of an apparition.

The veil falls, the figure becomes more essential, the crown enters the series and Veronica becomes even sharper, more precious, more dominant inside the space. That is where, for me, the set finds its best closure: not because it simply adds something, but because it brings all the way to the end that feeling of royalty that was already present from the beginning.

This shooting was born in a very short time, practically in two days, and precisely for this reason it had a strong dose of improvisation inside it. Some elements, like the white tulle in the background, came from solutions found in the moment, and confirmed something I want to work on more and more: building backdrops, scenographies and spaces that are not only “behind” the model, but that truly help the image breathe.

With Veronica, this experiment worked because she was able to hold everything: the black, the white, the pearls, the veil, the crown, the physicality, the gaze.

And for a debut, I would say that is a very strong signal.
