Buongiorno miei carissimi Patreons,

la pausa è finita.

E i motori di questa pagina stanno tornando a rombare.

Tra domenica e lunedì non si riparte piano: si cambia passo, si vola. Due shooting, due direzioni opposte, una nuova fase che finalmente diventa concreta.

Domenica tornerò in studio con una new entry di 21 anni: esordiente assoluta, timida, curiosa, ma con una voglia bellissima di mettersi in gioco. È una modella segnalata e commissionata da uno dei FANATICs, e questo rende lo shooting ancora più speciale: una nuova presenza che entra nella pagina grazie a chi la pagina la vive davvero da dentro.

Con lei testerò il nuovo approccio in studio: luce più controllata, direzione più precisa, tethering finalmente dentro il set. Voglio vedere meglio, guidare meglio, costruire immagini più consapevoli, eleganti e raffinate.

Il giorno dopo, invece, si esce dalla zona comoda.

Lunedì tornerò a fotografare outdoor dopo tantissimo tempo, al Parco degli Acquedotti, con luce naturale, atmosfera estiva, suggestione bucolica e un tocco quasi vintage. Userò solo la mia Fujifilm X100VI: un corpo, una lente, 35mm, zero scorciatoie.

La modella non ve la svelo ancora.

È una vecchia conoscenza dei FANATICs, ma sono quasi sicuro che non la indovinerete. Posso solo dirvi che, per un set più naturale, libero, istintivo, quasi wild, mi sembrava semplicemente perfetta.

Ecco il punto: settembre non comincia con una promessa.

Comincia con due shooting veri.

Da una parte il controllo dello studio, della luce, del tethering e della direzione. Dall’altra la libertà dell’esterno, della luce naturale e di un set costruito sul momento.

Good morning, my dear Patreons,

the summer pause is over.

And the engines of this page are starting to roar again.

Between Sunday and Monday, we are not restarting slowly: we are shifting gears, we are taking off. Two shootings, two opposite directions, and a new phase finally becoming real.

On Sunday, I will be back in the studio with a 21-year-old new entry: an absolute beginner, shy, curious, but with a beautiful desire to put herself out there. She was suggested and commissioned by one of the FANATICs, and this makes the shooting even more special: a new presence entering the page thanks to someone who truly lives this project from the inside.

With her, I will test my new studio approach: more controlled light, more precise direction, tethering finally becoming part of the set. I want to see better, guide better, and build more conscious, elegant and refined images.

The day after, instead, I step out of the comfort zone.

On Monday, I will shoot outdoor again after a very long time, at the Parco degli Acquedotti, with natural light, a summer atmosphere, a bucolic feeling and an almost vintage touch. I will use only my Fujifilm X100VI: one body, one lens, 35mm, no shortcuts.

The model?

I am not revealing her yet.

She is someone the FANATICs already know, but I am almost sure you will not guess who she is. I can only say this: for a more natural, free, instinctive, almost wild set, she felt simply perfect.

That is the point: September is not starting with a promise.

It is starting with two real shootings.

On one side, the control of the studio, the light, the tethering and the direction. On the other, the freedom of the outdoors, natural light and a set built in the moment.
