🇮🇹 ITALIANO
Buongiorno miei carissimi Patreons!

🇬🇧 ENGLISH
Good morning, my dear Patreons!
Nerea walked into my studio with her eyes wide open.
A bit of wonder, maybe. A bit of awe too.
She was looking at the lights, the white fabric, the camera, all that space prepared for her. You could tell this was not just another day. It was her first real experience in a photographic studio, in front of a lens, inside a set created to show her in a completely new way.
And Nerea has this soft, clean, almost innocent kind of beauty.
A young face, bright eyes, and a natural shyness that is part of her charm. She was not already trained, already confident, already used to the camera. She was stepping into something new, with modesty, curiosity, emotion, and a lot of trust in me.
And when someone gives you that kind of trust, you cannot treat it lightly.
With her, starting too strong would have been wrong.
We began with simple images, closer to portraiture. The first poses, the first directions, the small things: where to place the hands, how to look at the camera, how to stay in the light without feeling watched in the wrong way.
At first, everything was more careful, more held back, more cautious.
Then, little by little, the shoot began to take shape.
Not because Nerea suddenly let go completely. That would not be true. Her shyness was still there, visible, and maybe that is exactly what makes these images so particular.
What mattered was something else: despite that shyness, Nerea truly wanted to try.
And she did.
She went further than I expected.
I had also prepared a more technical and controlled approach, but I understood quite quickly that this was not the point with her.
She needed rhythm.
She needed to feel that she could reach the images one step at a time, without rushing, without pressure, without feeling like she had to prove anything.
Of course, I had to direct her. I had to correct things when needed. But I did not want every frame to feel like a test.
Some photographs do not come from a ready-made pose. They come from the time a person needs to feel genuinely comfortable in front of the camera.
And with Nerea, you can really see that.
The shoot grew in that direction.
First the face, then the gaze. Then the body becoming a little less guarded, and finally images that became more essential, more intimate, more courageous.
Nerea did not lose her sweetness. She found a way to stay inside the work while still being herself: shy, yes, but also curious, open, present, and sincerely willing to go beyond what she may have thought she could do.
And that is where this session became special to me.
Because this debut is not just a first photoshoot. It is a real progression: from the first portraits to the most private part of the work, all the way to the images created for THE BODY, where the body becomes the focus in a direct, essential, unfiltered way.
That part, of course, is not something I can show here.
But it is one of the reasons why this first session with Nerea genuinely surprised me.
This free post is only the threshold.
Inside the FANATICs, the complete journey will arrive: the set, the backstage, the in-between moments, the most essential and reserved images, and her entrance into THE BODY.
Not just a preview, but the whole story of this first time in the studio.
For me, it was an honor to photograph her through this passage.
And also a responsibility.
Because when someone chooses you to tell a side of herself she had never really seen before, the least you can do is treat that trust with all the care it deserves.
Join the FANATICs to discover Nerea’s complete debut: from the first portraits to the most essential, reserved and intense part of the session, all the way to her entrance into THE BODY.
