Off Script è disponibile anche singolarmente nello Shop.

The black dress follows her movements with an almost effortless softness, but it is Smeralda’s light eyes that really hold your attention. It takes very little for the whole mood of a photograph to change: the hint of a smile, a slight tilt of her face, a more confident pose, and that initial sweetness suddenly reveals a much bolder, almost cheeky side.
Photographing her felt exactly like that: discovering, frame after frame, how many different sides of Smeralda could appear in front of the same camera. Sometimes spontaneous and radiant, at other times completely aware of the look she is creating. The pale background, the stool and the dress almost disappear, because it is her expressiveness that holds the entire set together.
Off Script is her first real introduction on the page, and I think one look into her eyes is enough to understand why I was so eager to introduce her to you. ✨
👉 The complete set is already unlocked for FANATICs, who will also have access to the upcoming chapters dedicated to Smeralda. Off Script is also available separately in the Shop.

Buongiorno miei carissimi FANATICs!

Good morning my dear FANATICs!
I can finally introduce Smeralda properly. And I’ll tell you straight away: I already had a very good feeling about her during our first video call.
We talked for quite a while. She comes from theatre, and you can already tell how expressive she is simply by speaking with her. But what I especially appreciated was realizing how carefully she had actually looked at my work. She wasn’t approaching me with the generic idea of “taking some pictures”: she knew the kind of photography I create, she was genuinely fascinated by it, and she was curious about what we might be able to build together.
During that same call she told me this would be her first real nude photography shoot. She had experienced partial nudity during a few theatre auditions, but nothing comparable to working through an entire photographic session in front of the camera. What struck me was how calmly and enthusiastically she spoke about that choice: she wanted to try because she felt connected to my photography and was curious to see herself within that kind of imagery.
Then we got into the studio, and I quickly realized that her theatrical background would keep appearing in front of the lens.
Smeralda can change expression in an instant. She can smile and look incredibly sweet, then all it takes is a steadier gaze, a slightly raised chin or a different way of sitting, and a much bolder, more self-aware, almost cheeky side appears. What I enjoyed most was how naturally those changes happened, without needing to over-direct them.
And perhaps that is one reason this first set works so well: there is very little around her — a black dress, a stool, a pale background — so all the attention inevitably stays on Smeralda.
I’d say she made herself pretty clear. 😏
Now I’m genuinely curious: looking through the full sequence, did you find her more captivating when she smiles, or when that much more direct and daring look comes out? ✨
