Just to add an opinion: It's not always "hate against something mainstream". Sometimes it's just that people hype something up SO MUCH that you start to hate it because of them. It took me a long time to watch Fate/Zero because a friend was always trying to get me to watch it, how good it is and so long. So in that case it was like a defense mechanism because he was so annoying.

I think it contained vocal OSTS( like98%)? Otherwwse Top mainstream shows would kick anything with vocals away ( like naruto, bleach, fairy tail, Joj, death note etc)

I consider this list without a doubt absolute terrorism, the fact that Naruto, One Piece, several from Bleach and Shingeki no Kyojin aren't on it would make me want to cancel Kuma. But I'll give a few that aren't on the big anime that I think are incredible: -Hanazebe from Made in Abbys. -Lost of Pieces from Toradora. -Main title from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. -Storywriter from Eureka seven. -Ride of shooting star from FCLC -The Jojos Bizarre Adventure ost -Making of Cyborg from Ghost in the Shell. And I better stop because I'll never finish, Naruto alone would have about 5 on this list, and what was the point of including 30 of idols?

Don't get me wrong, by the way, the selection was pretty well rounded and had a good mix of genres as well as a good mix of picks from various degrees of popularity of both anime and the tracks themselves. I'm glad Luke reacted to this because he's been exposed to songs and shows he's probably never heard of before.

I do agree there's a lot of bandwagon blind hate in the anime community. Not just against what's popular, but against what USED to be popular. Sao got hate after it was beloved, so was attack on Titan and MHA and Naruto and whatever else you pick. Whereas the new hotness gets a pass until the next thing comes out, then people will hate on jjk and "rediscover" MHA . It becomes cool to like something, then cool to dislike it and then sometimes cool to like it again. You do have to consider tho that as much as you might think "oh, everyone likes badass hype songs" ... Lots of people get into anime for beautiful slow stories or idol anime or magical girl etc etc. So they may have a reflexive distaste for battle shonen because battle shonen fans often dismiss other anime as weird or obscure. No "you say run" on here is a heresy.

Kuma should throw out that Meshi guy, he deff rated only to be different or to lower the score, even if u dont like tokyo ghoul... to give glassy sky a 0 is just either heavy bias, need to be different or on purpose to lower the score... not to mention the rest of ratings

People often ignore that the mainstream hype anime fan can be just as bad in terms of judging things. There's a lot of people that would watch this list and hate every time an idol song is included, or magical girls or shoujo. I run into so many mainstream anime fans that think everything they don't watch is weird or creepy or even disgusting. Look, I love MHA. I love me some battle shonen. But some of us can be so judgemental that it makes people overreact in response.

At the end of the day, there's a big difference between opinions purely based on exposure and opinions based on geniune thought and/or respect. An example, I hate oshi no ko, seen so much publicity about it that it just does my head in, however, I can help but respect the level of its animation, story, music, etc. For other people, that show may be AOT, SAO, MHA, One Piece, anything.

Ok I have a question for everybody here who has seen all of 86. Is it really that good? Because I watched the entirety of season 1 and I was underwhelmed. I did not enjoy it. I didn't think it was good, so I never watched a single second of season 2. is season 2 way better than season one. Because if season 2 is way way way better than season 1 I'll consider trying to watch It.

Okay, I'm butt hurt How the fuck was there not a single Fairy Tail OST in this list. Like and these are in no particular order. Just the ones that I personally consider the best. OST in Fairytale. 1. Fairy tail main theme dragon force. 2. Erza's theme 3. Dragon slayer 4. Natsu's theme 5. Fairy tail main theme dragon force slow version And that's just the tip of the iceberg what about the best OST in all of my hero academia and not just one of the best OST in my hero academia but one of the best OST in all of anime. 1. Might*U Oh and not to mention violet evergarden only had 1 OST on this list. It should have had another 2 OST on this list. And Made in abyss. how did Made in abyss not make it on this list, another anime that has some of the best OST in all of anime. I'm just saying I'm just saying. And that's just scratching the surface of OST that should have made it on this list compared to ones that did make it on this list that shouldn't have.

rank 15 tales of zestiria is made by ufotable (fate and DS's studio) basically was top animation that year when it aired, it was used to train the staff on some new technologies which they refined in demon slayer later on.

Well, s2 is not way better imo, the finale was amazing though I did love that. Overall, s2 was similar to s1. It was a good anime, yes, it's worth watching but it's definitely not too engaging. At least it wasn't for me. 8/10. Osts and voice acting is 10/10.

About your "my top endings" question, what you could do is watch like 10 endings from anime you really loved and then rate those 10. Then come back a few months later with another video and 10 more endings, so you slowly build up a list

No Re:Zero insert songs is absurd in my opinion... Also, although I disliked AoT Rumbling Arc, there were WAY too few AoT songs in my opinion. Too much generic j-rock in this list for my taste, like half the songs just sounded exactly the same.
