patreon is now the same as all pirated websites. The only difference is it's paid LMAOO, and since they use vimeo they can host even more copyright content than before cuz it's not on them anymore XD.

Bryan Ross

Seems bad for Patreon users, anyone with the direct link can watch on Vimeo for free without log in or payment. Going to make sharing Patreon only content dirt-easy.

Slipstream

If this is how Luke acts for uncensored JoJo, I can only imagine uncensored DxD. :D

Zachary Kruger

“Don’t eat while watching JoJo”. -Luke Me: Just munching away on my sweet and sour chicken. 😂

Sakomi Arorim

Patreon has Vimeo integration for a while now But from what I understand Luke is currently using Vimeo due to patreon own system having issues causing Luke to be unable to upload new videos

LireKlein

To be fair, Joseph fought and killed 3 gods, so "Dude who eats cockroaches and takes Kakyoin's appearance" probably isn't very high on his danger list.

Sai

Hello, JoJo! How can I be late for the great RERO RERO RERO RERO ep? DO YOU UNDER『STAND』?

Magic Fibre

I like how you keep pointing out how no one in this part ever rushes to help their buddies. For me, this over-insistence on keeping fights 1v1 is so frustrating to watch.

patros36

Hey Luke, once again i also recommend you start watching the Openings from part 3, or at least have someone tell you what episodes to watch the opening on (just mention it in you next video, someone will surely tell you). I know you normally don't, but part 3 onwards has several openings that change slightly when the story progresses, and its a great experience to watch it when it happens, rather than several months after you finish. HEAVILY RECOMMEND IT, and it won't take away from the experience when you revisit it after finishing, trust me

re: video games, JoJo has two great fighting games (Heritage for the Future and All-Star Battle R) and one that's only okay (Eyes of Heaven) There's a couple others we never got in English, but the ones we did have made a strong showing

TheKnightwatchOfficial

The Vimeo player kinda sucks. Hope it's temporary. I am not always the fastest reader, and sometimes I misread a word and have to go back, and the Vimeo player never vanishes unless I minimize the screen then enlarge it again. I hope it's temporary.

Joseph is paying for the whole trip, he can skip a fight or twelve

Scavenger

The Vimeo player is awesome! Can actually change the Quality! I normally have to reload every video like ten times to watch it without the quality dropping & subs being unreadable! Please keep it! oh, & watch the intros for patreon users!

JammySplosha

that circle thing you're referring to when it shows the Stand and Stand user is the Stand Stat Screen, which shows the statistics of the stands. the stand stat screen starting from the top and going clockwise is, Power Speed Range Durability Precision Potential Jotaro's Star Platinum has an A in all stats except for Range which is C as an example

SamJaz

J Geil? Centrefold? been a moment since we've had a music reference in JoJo. "MY BLOOD RUNS COLD! MY MEMORY HAS JUST BEEN SOLD! MY ANGEL IS THE CENTREFOLD! ANGEL IS THE CENTREFOLD!" Definitely one to react to if you've never heard the song.

Rem is best waifu

If Luke likes the 1st part of Part 3 this much he will love the 2nd part. Most people prefer the second half.

Shousuke

Alright Luke, so here we have the first example of the subs being clearly different for the names of some characters/Stands and you'll have to try your best to HEAR what they're actually saying instead of what the subs say. So Centerfold's actual name is J. Geil, named after The J Geils Band. Right now most stands are just named after tarot cards, but after they run out of those a lot of em are gonna be named after bands and other musicians. And because of this, with copyright laws being different between Japan and the west, a lot of these names get changed when being localized so the series doesn't get in copyright trouble. So it's understandable if you latch onto what you read more than what you hear and end up getting some names wrong in the future, but I just wanna make you aware of this aspect of JoJo's so you can make an attempt to LISTEN to the names rather than reading the names when this comes up. Another example is a Stand name later in part 4 named Crazy Diamond (named after the Pink Floyd song "Shine On You Crazy Diamond) but the localization is Shinning Diamond. And NO ONE uses the localized names xD Other examples you've seen so far of musical artist namesakes are the Pillar Men (note, Santana is the only Pillar Man who's name was actually changed, his localized name was Santaviento) Kars - The Cars (american rock band) Esidisi - AC/DC (australian hard rock band) Wamuu - Wham! (english pop duo) Santana - Santana (american band) An absolutely hilarious localization is a Stand from part 7 named Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (an AC/DC song/album) and is often abbreviated as just D4C. But the english localization is Filth Acts At a Reasonable Price XD Would appreciate if we could get a lot of likes on this post so Luke can see it, thank you ^.^

Exxyo

Mind you, Santana was called Sant Viento, just saying cause maybe Luke wouldn't recognize it by the name

Ben

Avdol and Joseph you say? lol

ImagineFruit

Huh, I can't watch this.. It's said temporarily down or may be moved permanently. 😢

Stefan Jipa

Oh, the rero-rero meme, which you actually remember from JoJo out of context It would be amazing if all YouTubers “it was just a prank bro” will end in Jotaro’s ORA-ORA

davguev

Meanwhile, Scavenger says: "The Vimeo player is awesome! Can actually change the Quality! I normally have to reload every video like ten times to watch it without the quality dropping & subs being unreadable! Please keep it! oh, & watch the intros for patreon users!". I guess it has its pros and cons.

davguev

That one would go to Patreon only.

Vinnick

And third in our series of Horror Movie Stands, tonight we present: The Blob.

FetaccineAlfredo
