You can see why i picked up the manga after finishing season 2..... The cool idea of the world being covered by Fushi, and it's now taking place in the real world..... and the implications that Kahaku had a kid, so Hayase's soul is most likely still going down the generations of her family.... And the idea of all of Fushi's friends living in the modern times of the world..... it's such a cool concept. Can't wait for season 3, but i had to start the manga because it was too good to not continue immediately after finishing season 2.

I don't care about shangri la frontier but I know it's popular and there's plenty of people that care. If it's an extra temporary slot I think that's cool if people reach whatever goal there is to achieve. Not all anime have rewatchability for me (E.G monster, I finished monster gave it 8/10 on myanimelist, don't wanna watch it again)

I was honestly also surprised by the end when they announced a 3rd season, cause it seemed like a great place to end a series. that being said, I am curious about what they will do now. having Fushi in a modern world is going to be a massive tone shift, but I'm looking forward to it.

Can’t wait for season 3 no idea what’ll happen next 20:17 March’s body became cold because she painlessly died with the drug that tonari was holding she clung to fushis leg that’s what they meant with the warmth at his feet fading away To your eternity characters are Great because they’re so morally grey sometimes they have good and bad sides and both sides come out on different occasions like with Bon & Kohaku I know it’s a bit different for you since they go back and forth a lot but I think it’s realistic that characters aren’t entirely good or bad and as the story progresses their true self truly comes to show in extreme situations whenever it might be good or bad

One of my favorite things about to your eternity is how it does a great job at putting you in fushi’s shoes. You feel the same way fushi does at least 90% of the time, whether that be happiness, sadness, worry, unease, it captures his emotions perfectly. And nothing else ive ever seen captures what it would (probably) be like to be immortal.

And this is why To your eternity is a master piece, characters that you love as much as you hate them, rollercoaster of emotions, an ending that is an amend to all the suffering from the deaths of the characters we connect with, all we went through was well worthit, every step that Fushi took from the first ones as a wolf, to the desire to discover the world as the boy whose name we will never know, the culmination of all that in the end of this seasson, this is why To your eternity is and will always be my all time favourite anime, it reminds me of a certain quote that went "keep moving forward", as it is the only way to reach our destination or dreams, all the pain will be one day rewarded because of our endurance, this is one of the reason why I also kept going at one point.

Luke the story from here on out becomes very divisive among manga readers. For me, the story could end at this point with a couple of extra chapters as epilogues. With the current manga material, a fourth season could be made by the way. The bottle Tonari had was poison, and yes, they gave it to March because she didn't want to grow up without Fushi. Again, I advise you to look for a BDrip version of DxD for the reactions. Not only are they uncensored, but each episode has extra scenes. If you're going to watch a SUS anime, do it right! Why so much hesitation about Shangri-La Frontier? Many people want to see you react to this anime!

Definitely make sure High School DxD is the uncensored version you react to. Thankfully it is uncensored on Crunchyroll here in the US (not sure if it's different in the UK) for the first 3 seasons. For some reason the 4th season is only uncensored for the dub.

While this was a great way to wrap up a season there's still too many questions to wrap up the show. What exactly is the man in black planning, where did the nockers come from and are they all actually gone, what a world connected to Fushi would be like and how he'll handle it. Plus all the questions about him bringing everyone back and what happens with them. Also that's all me guessing, and knowing To Your Eternity, it could answer all of it, none of it, or anywhere in between.

I still want to know why The Boy (his first human body) is coming back (pink eyes). We saw him in first episode going to paradise with his family so his soul shouldn't be here, so why his eyes popping from time to time? For example when March first time feed Fushi, like he was thanking her and now on the end.

I am fairly certain the eyes just signalise Fushi getting an impression of something new, which becomes part of him. And i think the eye pop in the end means he disconnected the rope and therefore all the world and all the roots from himself, because he got the peaceful world that he wanted.

11:50 it’s not that Fushi is the body. Fushi is the roots. He just send out a body with his conscious in it but it has to be connected or else the body will disconnect and he’ll return to the roots. That how he can teleport around.
