4:24 understandable crashout (from Angelo)

Yay. I’m so happy you’re finally on Part 4, Luke. Admittedly, I’m not the biggest fan of Parts 1-3. I haven’t been able to watch all of your reactions to those parts due to this. However, I’m so greatly looking forward to witnessing your experiences with Parts 4 and beyond. This is the start of PEAK JoJo’s, in my opinion.

Jacowab

"if you want your readers to hate a villain, just have them kill a dog." -Hirohiko Araki

Rem is best waifu

How did Luke predict the dog, or did he prewatch his this episode... Edit: this is a joke but Luke did say these first 3 episodes have been really strong. This I episode 2.

Sai

Why is it so good? BECAUSE YOU ARE NOW ONE OF US! Classic Angelo Stone. Where teenagers come to make-out in front of.

Rem is best waifu

Luke didn't notice Josuke was playing Oh! That's A Baseball!

Michael

“Once a life is taken it doesn't come back.” Except Joseph in Part 3, but that doesn't count because Vampire shenanigans I guess.

Pyntuma

This is actually the last time you will see a dog killed, don't worry!!

Kitsune

josuke is pronounced the same way you call sasuke from naruto

Sai

Sasuki

CameraIsMe

Jojo antagonists have a habit of killing dogs, and the fandom doesn’t shy away from making jokes about it.

CameraIsMe

I love how jotaro says that he never would have thought a water based stand would be so strong when he literally fought a water based stand in egypt.

Lord Nawias

I always took it as Joseph only suffered clinical death, his throat was pierced and blood taken, but the fight only lasted for like a minute or two, he recieved blood transplant and Star Platinum manually restarted his heartbeat. People in real life have come back from clinical deaths, but Josuke's gradpa probably got his brain completly destroyed by aqua neckles making it an instant biological death from which you can't come back

Tarrok

On top of that it was mixed with DIOs vampire blood, which makes people immortal. Even disregarding the possibility to come back from clinical death, you can just explain it away with magial blood shenanigans.

Michael

We know it's not just a clinical death because we literally saw his soul leave his body and go to heaven.

Smonolith

also don't call him Joe Ski, please his name is Josuke either pronounced Joe soo keh, or Joe skeh

Gonzalo Ignacio Martinez Valencia

In resume josuke stand it's similar to star platinum, has incredible speed, strength and precision, but also can return things he touch (except himself) to a previous state, not only heal or repair because forward you would see that he can restore things he punch to a previous state that the object was even before he punch it, and yes he can inflict damage without healing because it's an ability that activates the same way jotaro stops time

SamJaz

Josuke (pronounced like Sasuke), is Araki’s favourite JoJo iirc. I remember that Araki refers to Josuke either as his best friend, or some he wishes was his best friend

Noah Lurvink

Bro you've gotta watch the uncensored version, it also improves a lot of the animation later on in the season. Some parts had to be kinda rushed for release and they fixed all that for the uncensored

Itto Sanzzo

I think Joe Ski is well funny, so for me its great.

MK Gamer

you must do jojo memes video, it would be so much fun

Roli D. Great

Guys, let's make Luke cosplay as Josuke, with that pompadour hair and that nipple zipped shirt xD

Frentzy

English is know for using "ee" or "i" a lot when pronouncing words. Japanese all "e" are pronounced as the 'e' from Lemon. and not Leemon. Or Limon. So it's normal to make mistakes all the time.

Frentzy

SASUKIIII NARIUTIOOOOO

Marvinios

UNCENSORE UNCENSORE

it's important to specify that beside the vampiric blood he was also hamon user and they are known to have much higher vitality. My only guess is that it works as in other series. If a soul has regrets then it'll go back in the body, if not, then once death occur the soul leaves with no regrets. His grandpa was happy and with 0 regrets so when he died he just went and never came back. But Joseph clearly had the regret of not ending dio and possible his grandkid's death and holy's death and possible end of the world and not avenging kakyoin or iggy. It's never specified but It's an important factor to take into consideration.

Frentzy

I think that dio killed some animals and he had remembered that "villains" kill animals especially dogs, so he expected to see that here (part 1 - 4, the anime kills 12 dogs, so it's not weird at all for luke to expect dog killing since he seen so many in previous parts)

Magic Fibre

The audio balancing has been very bad lately. Often I can barely hear you over the anime dialogue. I can point to an examples at 16:14 and 27:33

Frentzy

for me part 1 is weakest after that we go peak. But No idea why you had troubles with part 3. Sure it's "longer" and you could argue that you can just skip first half but still, it has the strongest BRO moments in like entire series, you never meet such strong bonds not in part 4, not in part 5 either. So I am curious what you disliked, if it's the pace or length 100% understandable. But if not then I am curious.

DrA

Josuke also healed the turtle while complaining that he had to touch it in ep1.

DrA

BTW ep 48 did have a final version of the opening 'END OF THE WORLD' that most people miss.

Touhou RS

Angelo's stand is definitely more terrifying though.

SunTzu: the art-of-tea

Now uve watched jojo a lot . So a new season will feel like rewatching an old show you've already seen

OtakuFreak

To me, Josuke is the perfect mix of the first three Jojo's personality wise. He's kind like Jonathan, goofy like Joseph, and sometimes he's kind of an edgy asshole like Jotaro. He's my favorite Jojo, and honestly the one I would most want to be friends with in real life.

Recall

this is the part when stands start to become better and more ability based as opposed to part 3 mostly being ghosts that can punch

Kamilu

It's Joh-soo-keh, but Joe's skis, or whatever you're saying is hilarious. He is a broski though, so that's close enough!

SunTzu: the art-of-tea

The boingo oingo brothers had an ability one to shift his body and the other to change the book according to the future . The d'arbi brothers had stands that capture the souls when the souls feels defeated. dio in Jonathan body . Jotaru and and josuke all have stands that are strong close range and have an ability related to time manipulation

Gabriel Macedo

Yeah man thank he didn't kill any dogs

Oscar Medina

Josuke mostly fixes things wrong when he is pissed, but he can choose how far he wants to fix something. His power is more like time travel than just fixing actually.

GonDon

Josuke's zipper-nips are peak fashion. I've always thought Angelo was originally designed to be a much bigger villain than he ended up being, with that off-kilter really dark backstory. I agree, Josuke's powers are super cool and he's crafty with it even if he's a bit of a doof personality wise. People tend to overlook his craftiness and personality because of a few fan favourites this part but I think Josuke is a great JoJo and character in his own right. As someone pointed out in the YouTube comments, his stand refers to Pink Floyd's "Shine On You Crazy Diamond".

13:35 (Spoiler free explanation 'till this episode of JoJo anime) It's true that family members can share Stand types, but that's not always the case either. It is also mentioned a couple of times that specifically the Joestar family has "a uniquely strong and mysterious bond", which may also be one of the reasons why theirs can seem very similar - well, the *two* different Stand archetypes that they have. As of now, here's what we already know related to the Joestar family stands: ---The vine archetypes--- Joseph Joestar: Hermit Purple - a vine like stand with spirit photography-ish abilities Holly Kujo: An unnamed thorn/vine-like stand that she cannot control due to her non-confrontational soul, instead putting her life in danger (First time seen in in episode 3 of Stardust Crusaders). Jonathan Joestar: An unnamed vine-like stand with similar powers like Hermit Purple (Also first time seen at the end of episode 3 of Stardust Crusaders, also answering the earlier questions of how the heck does DIO always know where to send his goons). ---The close-range powerhouse archetypes--- Jotaro Kujo: Star Platinum - Punchy boi with time shenanigans. DIO (in Jonathan's body during Stand manifestation, so theoretically part of the Joestar bloodline): The World - Also punchy boi with time shenanigans. Josuke Higashikata: (Technically named for the first time in this episode, but the subtitles didn't give it out, so I'm gonna leave it blank): Punchy boi with fixing shenanigans. As it turns out, there was a couple more vine-like Stands, which doesn't make Joseph the outlier of the family. The D'Arby brothers' main gimmick of "sucking out your soul" was very similar, but had different mechanics related to it. As of the Oingo & Boingo brothers, they're the current known outlier for the family Stand system, but even their Stands have some relations with each other: Boingo's future-telling manga book Tohth is a physical stand that even non-Stand users can see. Oingo's body/face/height/weight/voice/smell manipulating Khnum is also a Stand which effects non-Stand users can see (considering Stardust Crusaders weren't their first assassination target), and also works theoretically in tandem with his brother's Tohth, being one of the EXTREMELY RARE cases, in which one could manipulate the book's outcome. So eventhough they are not that similar, there's some things where you can see the connection with the OingoBoingo Stands. Anyways, enjoy the Crazy Noisy Bizarre Adventure of Part 4 Luke!

Geison Delgado

This is the first time i'm seeing Jojo part 4 as well. but i really need to ask. Didn't Jotaro literally revive Joseph by pumping his heart using Star platinum? why didnt he tried to do that to Josuke's Grandpa?

Rohim

The stand appearing out of the mouth scene reminded me of a scene in Bocchi the Rock. Then again, Bocchi the Rock did have quite a number of references from earlier shows as part of the gag.

Skyhark

Ok, the realization with the dog at the start of this video was fucking glorious. I was watching you saying "he hasn't killed a dog yet" and going "oh boy, just wait" until you connected the dog poop lol.

TheElementalerWars

He gave him a pulse yes, but revival was only possible due to DIO's blood

Adam Niemi

In my opiinion jojos only gets better and better with every part! (Except for part 6 tho part 7 will surely be on a league of its own!)

adam csirik

basically if crazy diamond touches something josuke can manipulate it into whatever shape he wants, usually just uses it to repair stuff back to its original state though.

みるてん

ke, no ki. you don't pronounce sasuke to sasuki.

Frentzy

for anyone wondering. Part 6 was released on netflix and they released like 12 episodes at once then pause 9 months... Because it wasn't released on a weekly basis, community didn't had time for jokes nor for analysis, they also didn't market properly the season either. Basically a "mess". So I am not touching the plot. But def contender for least popular season together with part 1

Stefan Jipa

Zips over his nipples🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Du-rararara so OP and next to him you have Ora-Ora guy☠️ Angelo was the most detestable character so far!

Christian R Lewis-Batista

Once again asking for the uncensored version. We told you last video because there are improvements, corrected stand names, and no annoying blurring

yorozuyapetel

"where does the story progress in this town, there's nothing else to this town, right?" when do we tell him guys

Markus Wallin

Hollys stand is vines all over her, joesphs stand is vines as well.
