Bro just reacting to one of the most iconic harem ecchis of all time while acting like he's never seen one. Like, Danmachi, Sword Art Online, Eminence in Shadow are full harem animes. Even Solo Leveling has a bit of a harem aspect to it. The thing is that DxD is overly exaggerated. As to why Issei has so much rizz, they already explained that having one of the strongest dragons' power inside him acts as a pheromone that attracts everyone, specially the females due to having the strongest genes. That's what happened with Xenovia. So everyone is attracted to him and by spending time with him the fall in love with Issei as an individual. Bro is literally emanating aura. By the way, if you say that Issei is fumbling you should see other shows around that time like To Love Ru or Infinite Stratos. In fact, among all the harem characters around DxD time, we considered Issei as a chad.

i think thats a really big spoiler bro.....the side story where thats revealed is WAY too far away from where the anime is so i wouldnt bring that up. It's not even in the main volumes. You should delete that since a lot of anime only ppl arent gonna know that im not sure if that side volume will ever reach the anime but even so I would avoid spoilers and delete it

Given the context of the anime, the way he understood it was totally reasonable considering that IS the more common us for that term.

I'm sorry, what?? You must not know Solo Leveling or SAO to be claiming this.... Solo Leveling doesn't have any harem themes whatsoever, and while SAO does have a harem, theres hardly anything thats ecchi about it if anything at all.
