I hear so many good things about Takopi's original sin. And it's apparently one of Nicholas Light's favorite anime now. And the opening is really nice too. But after watching the first episode, i really have to stay away from it... It brings up some memories i tried to forget. I guess for former bullying victims, there are only 2 options on this one. You either love it as it reminds you of your own life and how you managed to survive despite everything, like for Nick. Or it just makes you feel depressed, as it brings up memories about things you never fully recovered from, like for me.

I've seen the first 3 episodes of takopi. Asking far as I can tell it hasn't gotten anywhere near as dark as the first episode. It's still dark but just not as dark

The knapsack kid movie is available to buy as a bluray online on thier official website. You could order it for like 45 or 50 USD. Im not sure of any other legal way to watch it right now

Takopi OP is so fuckin misleading, when you see it in the first episode, you are like oh so its about betterment, even when you heard that its dark....and then you see the rest of the episode

Luke you need to react to Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity opening and ending. Also I really recommend the anime too. The only sad thing is that Netflix is only airing it in September even tho it has already started airing in Netflix Japan on July 6th (fuck Netflix). As someone who is almost caught up to the manga (around 12 chapters behind), I can assure you it is one of the best romance of the medium along Dangers in My Heart, Kaguya-sama: Love is War, Golden Time, Fruits Basket, etc. Also it has a thing that you would really love for a romance anime, characters talking to each other and not let misunderstandings live, plus a good progression for the main romance pairing. Also it has really good relationships between different characters (friendships and family), it's so wholesome. Anyway, you need to check this out, you would miss peak romance and coming-of-age.
