im anime only here and if i remember correctly the first thing we see evil eye do when he gets into jiji's body is say that he wants to kill all humans or something of the sort,you mightve just missed that piece of dialogue cause the scene was pretty fast.

As funny as the show is, I also love that they subvert comedy for real humanity sometimes too. Even in serious moments, in how many shows would the male mc accidentally falling into the female mc face first be met with comedic anger or a slap or something. But dandadan treats it realistically. Who cares where you tripped? You almost died, thank God you're alive! I love that.

It did in the uk and most other places too, i went for the airing for s1 and s2. Was so fun and for s1 it made it possible to get some friends into it that i knew probably wouldn’t give it a chance otherwise.

Yo, I did an analysis on Dante’s Peak for my film class in college. You surprised me with that reference because I’ve never heard anyone mention it before you. Also, Momo has so many amazingly animated scenes of her face (episode 4 has many). It seems like she might have more than Okarun. Mono’s Japanese VA is SO outstanding! I also very much enjoy the English VA of her and others too.

Just to clarify further, what was shown to Jiji wasn't a lie. It's just that the intention of showing it was to get Jiji to accept possession so the Evil Eye could release his rage. From what I understand the spirit of the white haired child merged with the spirit of the other child who was sacrificed in the same way Turbo Granny merged with the collective of spirits in the tunnel, and the rage of the other sacrificed child took over.

As shown in the memories of the white haired boy, the Kito family originally worshipped the volcano hence the white haired boy was a first sacrifice to it Ngl episode 4 fight scenes reminds me a lot of a very gripping episode of black clover. yeah no, Maomao switching place with Momo would be horrible for both of them lmao! for one is Momo having to learn chinese and vice versa. but looking past that. Momo would instantly get in deep trouble with her attitude and spiritual powers and Maomao would just be a confused scared shy been ... I mean sure she would be fascinated by the net and all the information on poisons. But not gonna be much help against ghost or aliens lol
