To be honest, I'm the opposite on the songs where I actually like Season 2's songs way more than Season 1's. Not even counting Gravity, Sera's Confession from Season 2 Episode 2 and an upcoming song in the next batch of episodes are two of my favorite songs from the whole series so far.

For that question if people get cut off from alcohol, I think so. To me, the fact that Voxtec exists, implies a business model exists, which implies money exists in hell (that and it is mentioned that the hotel is free). Thus, I think that people still need to pay for the alcohol. I think in that case, then yea you get cut, but in terms of safety, yea I dont think that the bar cares

From what I have heard, this casino is supposed to be Husk's from when he was an Overlord before selling his soul to Alastor which makes sense. It's called "Magic Cat" and the design of Husk's wings can be seen as the curtains for the stage, not to mention that the decor matches Husk's magician character theme. I think I'd be more surprised if it wasn't Husk's casino.
