luke's inability to understand things is genuinely insane. luke if you saw water on your floor would you instantly think "hmmm if i go near it i will be electrocuted because there is a socket on the wall" obviously not since no human would think that.

it's not minute, like time, but basically it is a decimal point of a degree, and a second is a hundredth of a degree. So 80 degrees and 36 minutes (80°36'00'') is like 80,6°. And just like 2D plane is divided into four quadrants. Earth, even tho is a sphere, it's surface, just like 2D plane is divided into four quadrants. But Earth's surface unlike a common 2d plane in math uses degress from -180° to 180° on both x and y axis. This also determines whether it is north, east, west or south.

Yeah after these 2 episodes are the best part of part 6. Memory loss is a very filler type trope but this isn't bad. I just think it is silly bc the human eyes takes more than 3 piece of information all the time itself. That isn't including all your other senses. But this isn't JoJo's Rational Adventures.

This is the most bizarre out of pocket part so far, (up until part8 ifykyk). And it's just getting even weirder and crazier. Best part together with part5 and 7 for sure.

Emporio spilled his water -> needs to unplug power -> electricity is shorting out -> needs to leave to see jolyne. he would forget he spilled his water and only go off of the 3 pieces of information he has, so he walks out looking for jolyne without seeing the water until its forces back into his memories

Yes the memories are affecting her. Every time you pointed out she wasn't acting like herself is because she basically just woke up from a blackout and only has the context clues around her to piece things together. When she was in her cell she woke up hungry and saw food in front of her so she must have been eating here. next in the cafeteria she was sitting down with a plate in front of her, must have been eating even though she wasn't hungry cause she ate before. Yes jolyne is still herself but with her guard down because she has no idea she is being attacked. She has been "waking up" in new situations with the last thing she remember being her talking with emporio about something until the end of the episode where she has one clear goal "go see emporio". She doesn't know if he can help but he is the last foggy memory she has so it is her biggest lead on figuring out what is happening.

STAND NAME ! JAIL HOUSE LOCK ! Yeah it is just Elvis Presley Jailhouse Rock from 1957, due to how Japanese works it even sounds like rock, but officially it is lock as a pun basically, one of the few stands that does not have a name change in English to avoid copyright.

Like Luke calls this frustrating to watch, but think about the actual HORROR this would feel like, actually many of us will eventually end up like it later in life, and most have probably had family members in states similar to this stands ability..... It is horrifying.....

So Luke, have you had any family members that have suffered dementia, or brain damage ? Have you ever watched a family member forget what cold is, and what hot is ? Cause I have and they do not drop it because it hurts, they will keep holding said item, it does not matter if you are the most intelligent or capable person in the world, if you suffer brain damage and decline, it does not matter who they used to be. That is this Stand in some ways, the ability to retain informastion is hindered.

And speaking from actual experience due to brain damage, if damage has happened to your brain, you can literally look at something that is right in front of you physically, but even though your eyes see it ? The brain is unable to parse the information, so the item stops existing in front of you, hell this happens to healthy people as well with short term memory sometimes being overwritten by something and whatever you just put down literally ceases to exist for you, even if you look for it and it is right there, you cannot perceive it, everyone experiences this multiple times a year, some of us experience it constantly. In this case it is magic psychic ghost powers because ANIME, but it is a very real thing you can experience.

Literally Mew Mew's stand ability is dementia lol xD No one can explain how dementia works if you never got cured from it. Trust me. Dementia can be very scary. You will simply repeat over and over 1 or 2 things from the past and that's it, you will literally ignore everything else, even what is in front of you. I have my grandma like that. Elderly with severe dementia become newborn babies again that need to keep in surveillance or they will do something bad without ever knowing the consequence of doing that thing; like leaving the gas-burner open etc.. etc... . They just remember somethings from very long ago and that is all that they keep remembering and using their brain for.

For anyone wondering I had a friend who hit her head and had trauma for 24h. She would forget everything every 5 minutes. Luke doesn't understand how bad it is. This episode is ultra realistic. You forget "pain" and "exhaustion" and "hunger". She had stitches in her lips and biting would hurt, she kept biting her lips 2/3 times every time she forgot. She also had injuries on her hand and first thing she would do is ask why she injured, where she is. Up until noticing her hand injuries she would NOT feel pain. As soon as she saw her hand she would feel pain. Basically there is a strong correlation between memories and receptors. Emporio FORGETS the pain of being electrocuted. He doesn't think to unplug due to not remembering noticing. Not trying to find excuses but luke doesn't understand HOW INSANE this is. It takes dozens of tries for a 'new' action to occur. it took me 24 hours to 'make her' sleep. She would 'keep reset' as she was trying to sleep and wake up. the definition of insanity. Try have same conversation 288 times with NO NEW PROGRESS.
