Hi Luke, this comment will be a shameless promotion of my favorite VTuber, with that said: I don't know if you know Jinja or Jinjaowo. She is a German VTuber (pretty much the most well-known German-speaking VTuber, at least here in Germany.) She does a lot of song covers, mostly in German. Last year she released her first original song called "Lilith," and just last week she also released an English self-cover from it. I would love it if you could make a reaction to the English version of Lilith. It's a K-pop-style song and a real banger. Again, sorry if it isn't okay to make such a lengthy request. HOMECOMING is an homage to HBCU (Historically Black College and Universities) lifestyle highlighting the Band and the Majorette dancers as well ass the Divine 9 Greek Fraternities and Sororities. Beyonce has stated that if she had went to college, she would've wanted to go to an HBCU. 3. This film is TWO performances on two different days seamed together into ONE which is why they are in Yellow in some scenes and Pink in others.

@21:10 They say after you have children, it impacts a woman's vocal chords. It's normal for a woman's voice to get deeper. The best example is Mariah Carey. She said that after having her twins, she was able to hit lower notes that she couldn't before. Ha! Funny. Maybe it's a mom of twins thing lol. Beyonce had twins as well, and her voice significantly dropped as well.

Her voice deepened after the babies. She always had a deeper than the typical woman voice, but it definitely change after the babies. This was still within that 1 yr postpartum as well. Also, Coachella had expanded to 2 weekends by this point. She just did the same performance twice with different outfits.

Your description of this is EXACTLY, what a “homecoming” at a college feels like. It’s a beautiful reunion. She embodied that feeling, and the little nuances. *chefs kiss* the majorettes, the drum line, the reference to crossing in the steppers. But some highlights- Beyonce transformed the festival into a massive HBCU homecoming halftime show, bringing Black collegiate traditions, marching band culture, and step performance to one of the world’s biggest stages. The performance was so influential that universities began teaching courses about it. Harvard created a class analyzing the performance’s cultural impact. Beyoncé made history at Coachella by becoming the first Black woman to headline the festival. Jay Z was the 1st Black man to headline Coachella in 2010. When she said she didn’t want to bring out her flower crown she was referring to the standard boho, flower crown aesthetic Coachella is known for. The flower crown represents main stream music festival culture, which is stereotypically young, white, indie, aesthetic. She wanted to bring Black culture, HBCU culture, New Orleans culture to Coachella. She essentially created her own HBCU. The yellow hoodie and Greek lettering mimic the look of sorority probate and step-show apparel often worn during HBCU homecoming events. The fictional letters ΒΔΚ (Beta Delta Kappa). The giant bleacher-style pyramid stage wasn’t random. It was meant to look like a college football stadium band section where HBCU marching bands sit during games In HBCU marching culture, halftime shows typically follow a structure: - Grand entrance fanfare - Drumline cadence - popular song arrangements - dance breakdown - band battle-style finale Beyoncé’s set followed this exact structure, which is why the show feels like a two-hour halftime spectacular rather than a standard concert. The dancers used Southern HBCU majorette choreography, which is very different from typical pop backup dancing. Its a style you can see highlighted by dance teams like the Dancing Dolls or showcased in southern Battle of the Bands shows. Several moments in the show feature step routines—rhythmic stomping and clapping performances that originated in Black Greek organizations. These movements are staples of fraternities like Omega Psi Phi & Alpha Phi Alpha The BugaBoos represent HBCU steppers which are derived from Black Greek life.

Only then you should do the audio reaction of Renaissance (in an audio app) not stopping between the songs because the transitions are something else. The Renaissance film after.
