Damn, looks like im the first one here, lets goo!

BondePower

man that ending is so goooooood

Some guy

Each Stellar Gold Coin was 100M yen, so 100 of those would be something like 100 million dollars or 75 Million pounds? ... OK, that's a lot

Exelion AI

IMO as a source reader, the S3 problems stem from cutting corners and kicking the can down the road in earlier seasons, they had consistently been cutting out world building that would be import in the future and could no longer put it off. they likely didn't expect the show to become as popular and get as many seasons as it did.

Argon

I'm used to that openings often spoil you, but goddamn, this was basically the whole cour.

Edge

definitely looking forward to this one :)

hussam abdelalim

So, did you enjoy the blood and piss ending?

Orieng

I missed Slime, and i loved season 3, so i am soooooo happy its back :D it always make me smile :)

IClickedOnce

Rimuru is back. Gotta love it

SheerReaper

can't unhear bell from danmachi same va as masayuki

Amarjit Ubhi

100% Your slime reactions are what brought me to your patreon, brother, and then Overlord kept me here, because your energy really got me through some rough times mayn! Please, please, please, you HAVE to keep these shows going to their conclusions, brother!

MonographicSingleheaded

god damn, ever since Naruto I cant see Luke and not think of him as Naruto in rl lmao, and his energy matches Rimuru so well as well ( not like I d ever call him Rimuru, they are completely different - just vibes match perfetcly ) XDDD...

Adrian Bigno

It's very enjoyable if this reaction format stays. Sometimes, chats during livestream distract you. 😅

Juan Contreras

I think Diablo change the tea and gave Rimuru one he made him self I’m just guessing since the tea has a different color from the one that shion made

eduardo jaimes

I’m still mind blown that season 4 is 5 cours 60+ episodes

Sakomi Arorim

The poison smoke tea in the beginning was just a test run as Diablo was teaching Shion how to make tea, now in the end part Shion can at least make good tea. Now lets hope she learns something from that and apply it to the rest of her cooking :P

Sakomi Arorim

Rimuru's Slime form and regular Human form are both comfortable to Rimuru (any other form would drain an amount of magicules, which is not much but does make it less comfortable) The forms do have different advantages and disadvantages as well like for example the Slime form has no taste buds

Jaydon4life

A singular stellar coins is worth 100 million yen, so 100 stellar coins would be nearly 10 billion yen or £47 million pounds / $62 million usd.

Frentzy

The ED is somehow better than the OP

Sakomi Arorim

100 stellar gold coins is a lot of money in Rimuru's world For example The 10,000 Stellar Gold Coins Falmuth had to pay Rimuru after the "war" from season 2 was basically an impossible task and Falmuth was seen as quite the rich country. 1 stellar gold coin is 100 regular gold coins 1 stellar gold coin was said to be equal to 100 million yen which is around 474,400 British pounds)

Sancturillore -- Élie Simard-Wallot

They skipped mentions of it, but a couple of weeks passed between the horror-like tea and the nice tea scenes. During that time Diablo taught Shion how to make good tea without relying on her Master Chef/Cook skill, while also tasting all of the attempts himself. Everything for Rimuru-sama's sake! Even Diablo felt ill for the first time of his eternal life.

myst0dreamer

He did once say in the anime that slime form felt more natural.

myst0dreamer

I think the meetings in this episode are well-handled. Some were disguised, all were short, and the one overtly labeled a meeting was at least not in that old room. It was also greatly abridged. It looks like they tried hard to soften the blow of meetings, but Tensura is carried in large part by meetings; if there weren't meetings, it would be not be Tensura.

hussam abdelalim

Also, golden shower....., sorry can't get it out of my head, specially since it was leaking from the dress

TAC Genesis

how did you turn a 23 minute ep into a 40 min reaction... bro you love this show too much LOL

Nero Integrate

Amazing first episode. Last season was so boring I can barely remember anything from it and need a refresher or something.

Emily Jewett

I’d be happy to watch this with you

Jefocht

Agreed last season was ehh, but that opening alone tells me this wont follow suit. Theyre also locked in for like 60 episodes give or take for the next 15 months sooo we're all going to be eating good (little Rimuru cakes) for the next year and a half.

In second season when Rimuru became a "deamon lord" he told in that meating before he learned about Shion and what happened to her, he told all of them he will became "Deamon King" not "Deamon Lord". Grucius who known how deamon lord Carrion is powerful had his doubts when he seen how powerful Rimuru have became the moment he evolved and even Red/Crimson primordial and Kuro/Diablo are more of less serving him because how powerful he is. Red/Crimson as second most powerful one who took Millim under his wings with Ramiris after what happened when she became a Deamon lord ... both recognize Rimuru and his power. I believe and I seen only anime and it is only my guess ... (all of this info was in anime by the way) ... in my opinion Rimuru skipped a Deamon Lord and went for Deamon King evolution instead. He used 20K soldiers to evolve while Millim used based on that legend only around 10K ... I did not read manga at all so I have no idea but some tracers of what happened in the past are there in anime if you know where to look. It would also make sence who Millim is as powerful or even more powerful as Rimuru ... she had hundreds of years to build up power but even Veldora is on par with her and he more or less is on par with Rimuru ... Veldora have 2 ultra skills, Rimuru have 4 but what Millim and Veldora have is experience. What bothers me is Great Sage, we know almost nothing about it. It became sentient or more so after Rimuru evolved ... it did prioritized it's own evolution afterall when Rimuru evolved himself ... and the name ... Raphael ... angelic name and from 3rd season we know it's angels who come to destroy a civilization what evolves past limits of the world. I do not Trust Raphael fully. I seen here and there she kept things from Rimuru after it evolved. It's all my theory afterall I did not read manga.

Marcio Neves

Let's go, episode 1 of 60 in a 5-cours season 😁

Dragon Of Chaos Gaming

Great episode. Also Aninews has his first episode cut content video out already, will you be doing those for this season?

Marcio Neves

26:38 unless it is Masayuki party, with him on it. Because of his supernatural luck, I can envision them defeating Veldora, somehow 🤣

Marcio Neves

29:10 well, she does, but it would still look awful to see, not appealing at all, despite actually tasting good, given the unique skill Chef/Cook (depending of whom is translation) she got. That tea was made WITHOUT the use of that skill, it seems, so a genuine improvement 😁

Fay X84

Ending with Blood, and a sea of Gold... Mariabell is being super Greedy here!! 😎

Dethrox

Solid first episode.. altough more or less just talking but schemes are already scheming.. problems that are already being fixed (with the dungeon) honestly i was afraid of a recap whole episode :P have a good feeling with season 4^^ (well.. mostly cause of the stuff i heard)

AB Palmolja

A great suggestion. Luke, if you're reading this, don't feel pressured to watch it. We don't want you to feel like you have to know everything or something like that. Just watch it if you feel like it.

AB Palmolja

Yeah, the pacing and formula seems better already. Just watch a good recap video if you don't feel like watching the season all over again.

Tasel

100 stellar coins is about 6 million US $$$.

Mary

It makes sense Veldora is his best friend. Benimaru and the others are buddies and all, but they serve him. They don't see him as an equal and always address him politely. His real friends who treat him like an equal and don't work for him are more like Gazel, several demon lords and Veldora... And with Veldora he gets to tease around, ask favors like asking for borrowing his reputation, and get stuff requested like with the Mangas and the dungeon and the food stall. They have a normal friendship in terms of dedicating and harvesting, and with Veldora he gets to be his silly self in peace.

Amarjit Ubhi

Hi Luke, where are the new Tensura Slime reactions bruv?

idkwhy

The ending is hilarious, I really want you to react to the full version
