to answer the how One For All was passed down without spoilling, i will use the description Allmight gave during the beach training, there he compared to passing a flame from a torch to another stick, the new torch will grow bigger as it get exposed to wind while his torch`s flame will die down, its on episode 5 close to the start if you want to see on his exact words

Oh, I forgot about Bakugo's almost panic attack. Denki WAS smooth, and that's so funny. Quirks seem to grow and evolve with a person. Kaachan could only make sparks at first, for example. I think with Ochako, maybe it's something she just needs to practice? Do it more and more often so she doesnt get sick?

this was explained in a previous episode you watched, but think of One for All like two candles, when it gets passed on, the second candle gets lit, and over time will grow into a strong flame, while at the same time, the first candle will slowly weaken until it extinguishes, its a gradual process

As one might said, you need dna to pass it on, so it means that it bounds to the dna. So, its not like it can just unattatch itself. Maybe a new user would loose their power, but someone who spent years with it, his body was already rewritten multiple times, with the one for all change to the dna. So, think about this like that, he gave Midoriya his current powers, which he couldn't even use due to the wound, but he kept the power that he accumulated across years of living with one for all, because it alreay became a part of him. I think its also in the name: ONE FOR ALL.

Bakugo is one of my favorite characters in MHA specifically because hes unapologetically an asshole. Him and Deku are kinda like Vegeta and Goku in terms of their relationship. It's interesting to watch a character with such an immense pride be faced with how weak they actually are and watch their growth from those moments. Also lets be real, hes just really fun to watch so fk it LOL

Bakugo's crashout at the end of this episode is so well done. It's like you said Luke, he was a big fish in a small pond, head and shoulders above everybody else in terms of potential to be a pro hero. No one even came close. Now he's arrived at UA and even though he's still right near the top of the class the gap has shrunk completely. He's now surrounded by the best and brightest young heroes in the country and for the first time ever has peers that can compete on his level. For a 'gifted' kid that's never had to deal with that kind of challenge to his brilliance he has no idea how to handle it.

Have you never taken pride in anything? The world needs Bakugo's now more than ever, they turn the weak strong & the weakest irrelevant. All of my best friends I hated at one point, we'd bully & push eachother to a point where we fine tuned eachother mentally & physically. Now its nothing but respect & admiration towards the people who bullied me because they turned out to be the people that cared the most & made me a stronger person. EVERYONE needs to be bullied & pushed. People who aren't turn out to be the worst people in the world because nobody has ever held them accountable or given them a reality check, as it turns out being punched in the face is a life lesson that you either learn from or don't.

Which also brings in the funny, because someone whos amazing at handlining "not being the best" is "Deku" meaning Bakugo is starting to realize he looking up at the guy whom he had prided himself to look down on for so long. This of course furthering his inner conflict. This is why I love Bakugo, I mean he is a massive ego dickhead but hes such a interesting conflicted character and contrast to "Deku" Also honestly a great portrayal of "bulling" as bullies dont need to be rational thinkers, not that surprisingly they typical are really bad at thinking rational thoughts

I have rewatched this series multiple times. I still have all the the emotions from my first time coming up each time with each episode. And gets even better with each season. Luke is going to have a hard time trying not to watch multiple episodes each time. Good for you to resist, but it will get harder. Speaking from experience.

Funny thing about the voice actors for Bakugo and Deku they have done some pod cast stuff together and Bakugo's VA is actually super chill while Deku is over the top and a bit aggro at times. It's rather amusing.

Remember if you end up comparing some things to JJK just know that the JJK creator took inspiration from MHA not the other way around. JJK was made thanks to MHA. The creator even said that JJK was made in huge parts due to MHA.

I know the Deku / Bakugo relationship dynamic is confusing, but there’s one thing worth remembering. Deku has never stopped calling Katsuki by the affectionate “Kachan”. He’s the only one who does so. Bakugo has not acted like Deku’s friend for a long time, yet clearly Deku still feels some closeness. And if you think about it, Bakugo must do so as well. Otherwise, why would Deku irritate him so much? Why would he care?
