for your question about the revival fluid, it was explained a while ago but i guess you've not watched dr stone in ages so makes sense you forgot: you can break free from being stoned with nitric acid only assuming that you were conscious for all 3700 years because if you're conscious the whole time you are using a lot of energy. BUT if you were not conscious during the 3700 years then just nitric acid won't work so it needs to be mixed with alcohol in a very specific way to make the revival fluid. Remember, senku was conscious the whole time and his statue washed up near a cave of bats that were slowly dripping nitric acid onto him as they flew over and thats how he revived. then he dumped a bunch on taiju and he revived since he was also awake the entire time. whereas the fluid didnt work on anyone else as they weren't conscious. so the reason the enemy doctor was so shocked that they were all awake is because he didn't believe that a bunch of kids were all mentally strong enough to be conscious for a full 3700 years so he knew there must be a way to revive the statues. This also means that all the people on the enemy's side were all awake the entire time

The thing with Dr. Xeno and the revival fluid is that he said that he found out that in order to revive someone, a petrified person needs 2 things 1. to remain conscious throughout their petrification and 2. Nitric acid (which is what happened with Senku since he was placed in a cave that gave him nitric acid while he was counting). The revival fluid that Senku has comprises of alcohol and nitric acid. Dr. Xeno does not know about the alcohol nor about the ratio that is needed.

They were really hyping the upcoming battle and I get chills from watching the part where both teams are basically racing to finish their objective first

Well, we have outstanding mele fighters but the problem is, they have literal soldiers with guns. All we have is some dinky pistol that might aswell miss the barn. And that's what I think is kinda not really scientific. If Senku knew his pistol would not be accurate enough, he should've created blunderbuss. 1. Easily created, can be loaded with almost anything, and it doesn't take long. 2. Who cares about accuracy when you would demolish a barn doors with one shot. 3. Who cares about rate of fire when you can threaten people with the circle of maiming. There is a reason why shotguns are restricted under geneva suggestion. There is a way to make a pistol more accurate, but I don't see a reason to create a pistol first. Pistols are secondary weapons. Its a support item. If you're unrestricted by law then you either create a riffle or shotgun. Or both. Shotgun can be easily created to shoot both multiple rounds in one, or a precise slug. Anyway, the only way to win here is guerrilla warfare.

Funny how we had a whole arc as a race to get guns to fight off Tsukasa with guns now Senku has to now fight against people who have a ton of them

We had a whole arc of preparing to uknown lands, and Senku didn't think creating a better gun is a good idea. How did he not think anybody would try to stop his advances? Literally just get a pipe, add a trigger and stock. Kaseki could make 50 of them in one day. Even if they are one shot reload, 15 of them would just shave of a tree, let alone anybody standing behind it. Not to mention even a soldier seeing double digits of shotguns aiming straight at him would shit his pants.

9:10 Xeno said that people who stayed conscious all those millenia can be revived with nitric acid. He doesn't know that people who did not stay conscious can be revived with nitric acid + alcohol. Senku and Taiju got revived because their statues happened to be a cave that had nitric acid. Also the plan to beach the boat and inhabit the forest wouldn't work that well - then, they'd be fighting people who have guns with nowhere to run and they'd risk being bombed after being spotted from the sky.
