It looks like quite a few people have the drift issue with oculus controllers so I went ahead and gave it a try at making it a bit better because i know how annoying it is. I'm still gonna try an electrical contact cleaner spray like some suggested but wanted to have this also just in case. So far it works great for me.

INSTRUCTIONS
- works for oculus in normal mode (VaM.exe), probably not in steamvr mode
- add it as a session plugin
- set the deadzone amount for each controller, with 0 being no deadzone and 1 every movement is deadzone and ignored.
- you can check the debug toggle to see in realtime the values the controllers send (left horizontal, left vertical, right horizontal, right vertical), that allows you to monitor the values at which the drifts happen
- if the drifts for you go up to 0.9 or 1 then some physical cleanup might be the only way to overcome it or at least turn it down

OTHER STUFF
- it replaces the default vam vr movement when active. it should be pretty identical but I only tested it with default control settings
- in the vam oculus settings the movement will appear as disabled when the plugin is added (Disable Thumbstick Movement will get enabled by the plugin to override that functionality)

- to disable the plugin just delete it or uncheck enabled. It should automatically uncheck "Disable Thumbstick Movement" and VAM will handle the movement again.
- in case for some reason you disabled the plugin and the movement is not back to normal, just uncheck Disable Thumbstick Move manually
