You know Eric Bana (hulk) from Troy, black hawk down and lone survivor. Redhead scientist you know as one of the nazis in the final season of breaking bad. Jennifer connelly (Bruce's girlfriend) you've seen in several things as well. She is also Paul Bettany (vision,Jarvis) wife in real life.

To this day, this is the closest HULK was properly portrayed in the movies There's so much to dislike from the current Hulk in MCU people don't even know how awesome this character can be I just... Ugh I can't with the cutesy MCU bs

Childhood favorite right here. Eric bana was such an underrated hulk. Played the role exceptional. This movie was supposed to be a comic book inspired. Thats why the existing was like that. The budget for this movie was 140 million dollars back then.

They really tone down hulk in the MCU movies, hulks backstory is really childhood trauma heavy with abuse and what not so this movie was really faithful to the actual hulk character where as the MCU movies just doesn’t do a lot with which sucks. As well as the MCU nerfed a lot of hulks powers like the more he gets angry the bigger he gets

The transitions/Editing was done to simulate a comic book in a way You guys gotta watch Sin City, that's the best comic book live action visuals imo The Watchmen is another good one

These marvel movies back in the day i give them credit for taking chances and trying different things. I don’t think the comic book panel editing really worked but Its unique. Most marvel movies today are shot really flat.

The comic book editing is unique and a different take but definitely something you cannot do for every superhero movie, definitely only a one off thing

It was an experimental thing. Ang Lee likes doing those kinds of things. Some of the transitions are definitely cool but most of the time I thought it felt gimmicky or just unnecessary

Fun fact, the director Ang Lee motion captured hulk in this. He’s a legendary film maker. Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Ride with the devil, the Ice Storm, Life of Pi, and Brokeback mountain are all classics.

I think not only do they have bunkers this size. I wouldn't be surprised if there's secret compounds verging on the size of towns or cities. Bruce's dad's power is similiar to a Marvel character called Absorbing Man.

For an early 2000s movie this was fun and I felt like the end showing Bruce where he was then watching the Incredible Hulk (2008) an seeing where he starts I always thought of it as a kinda continuation/ a new version of the Hulk

I havent watched the movie yet, but i wanted to point out that Talbot the guy who bullies Bruce is in the film Glory Road that you guys watched when i requested it 3-4 years ago. He is the Head Coach. Will watch to see if guys pointed it out lol. But yes i love this movie so much!

Thats weird because this one is just called Hulk. And "The Hulk" is actually the name of the 2008 movie with Edward Norton. But your ticket says the hulk and the date is '03. You must have somehow messed with the sacred timeline, and possibly created the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. You're last name isn't (Strange) by chance is it? 🤓
